我和妻子在這家旅館住了三個晚上。我要強調的其中一個優點是飯店靠近許多景點，您可以步行前往各個景點。房間裡有你需要的一切！床墊和枕頭很舒服，特別感謝！明天很好，在房間裡我們找到了一份清單，上面列出了我們可以點什麼早餐以及什麼時候供應。早餐直接送到您的床上！ 缺點：主要缺點是房間隔音效果差。門很薄，所以你可以聽到走廊上發生的一切。我住在 7 號房間，房間位於廚房旁邊，每天早上 8 點開始他們就會在那裡敲響盤子。如果你想睡得更久一些，這可能會成為一個問題。 6號房位置也不方便，所以建議入住1至5號房間，早上6點和7點會很吵，建議飯店將這些房間的門換成厚一點的門，以提高隔音效果。 總的來說，我很喜歡這家飯店，我還會再來，但會換房間。

La cama estaba inclinada y me escurría al dormir. El segundo día no hubo nadie en recepción en todo el día, el tercero, que ya hubo, lo dije, y su respuesta fue que a ver si había probado a darle la vuelta al colchón. No he podido descansar. Además era un viaje de trabajo, pides el desayuno a la habitación a una hora determinada y te lo traen, el primer día vinieron 20 minutos tarde y tuve que llevármelo por la calle para llegar a tiempo a trabajar. Ningún día me han traído todo lo que he pedido y he tenido que salir todas las Mañanas para que me dieran lo que había pedido. Además por ser Gold se supone que tenemos una botella de vino, no me la ofrecieron, la fui a pedir y me preguntó si estaba segura de quererla… TODO MAL ah y el baño olía fatal

Hotel très agréable pour son calme confortable très bien situé facilité pour accéder aux principaux monuments de Rome et si besoin Métro Reppublica à deux pas Un petit oubli la bouteille de vin du statut 😉

I stayed two nights in single room over Easter period. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, but I have several criticisms of the venue, stemming from how it's listed on ******* and how it operates: 1. This is not what I call a hotel - it's a set of serviced rooms off a main corridor (in what was probably a large apartment before conversion) 2. One feature of which means that breakfast is served on a dinette trolley in your room, ordered from a menu the night before. If you order two coffees, you get two coffees, not a double. If you forget something, too bad. If you're not hungry in the morning, too bad, the food has been plated. Definitely not the best or freshest breakfast! 3. There are practically zero staff - no staffed reception during the weekend I was there (entry is via a door code provided ahead of arrival). Communication with the hotel had to be via WhatsApp, although when they weren't responsive, I also had to phone them. During my first night, there was a persistent tapping/dripping sound from the building's internal pipework, although that might have been related to the building, rather than this property This may well be a way to monetise property as a business, but not an experience I would repeat if I can avoid it.

The elevator was really bad and can hardly hold 1 person and 1 suitcase. suffocating experience. The dead bolt in the property did not work. Some guests did not have a clue what to do as there is no easy way to communicate to the hotel staff.

혼자 여행 시 좋은 호텔 도착 시 입구 찾기가 힘들었지만, 혼자 여행 시 교통 접근성도 좋고 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 4층만 호텔로 사용하는 곳이라 출입을 잘 통제되서 오히려 안정감이 있습니다.
