Stayed 2 nights here end of June 2023. Hotel is clean. Aircon was working. However, staff not motivated at all, not even a Hi, welcome, good morning - not upon arrival neither the 2 mornings. Entire staff needs a crash course in customer service. Despite Gold status no free water in room. No tea/coffee machine in room. Toilet was not working first night. Really basic, would not give more than 2 stars. Room was clean but this is basics. Restaurant in hotel is ok. Nearby restaurants 10-20mins walk.

What an excellent hotel. I was really worried about our upcoming stay whilst scrolling through some of the negative reviews… Didn’t need to worry, the hotel was great and better than expected. Reception was lovely, welcoming, spacious and modern with lots of seating areas, table tennis, a football table and a little kitchen play area for little ones. We arrived slightly early but were able to check in. Our room (2 adults and 2 kids) was a great size, clean, bathroom was a nice size - double sinks and a lovely shower. We had a small room off the bedroom to hang clothes, and there was a small fridge. Hairdryer in bathroom, no safe, huge TV. Room was serviced each day - plenty of clean towels. We used the Cornelia metro which was approx a 15min walk. Don’t understand the negative reviews about the location - should do your research first to see where the hotel is situated?! Pool was great, nice size and clean. Always plenty of seating. Beach towels handed to us to use whilst there (have to hand in when leaving the pool area). The two lifeguards were very friendly, the young lady was very good with our little boy. Can’t comment on food as we didn’t eat within the hotel. We had a fab stay and would definitely recommend.
