In general, my stay at the hotel was so-so. The hotel is old but somewhat partly updated (by the way, it looks nothing like the photos on its official website!). Unfortunately, the hotel’s lobby seemed outdated, much like the super slow, tiny elevator (it couldn’t fit both of us - me and my partner - plus our 2 large pieces of luggage and one small carry-on, so we had to take the elevator separately) and the crappy-looking hotel floors. My check-in process was disappointing. First of all, it was impossible to contact the hotel the day before and on the morning of my arrival. The hotel’s phone was always unavailable. There were a few tones at the beginning, but then it cut off like someone picked up and dropped the phone on purpose. When I mentioned this to the front desk lady, she pretended to be unaware and told me they had this issue for 2 days and were waiting for a technician to fix the phone. I did not buy this story. Because I couldn’t contact the hotel, I couldn’t make my major request - a room on a high floor with a city view. Of course, when I checked in around 6 p.m., I was told the only available room was on the second floor. Generally, I found the hotel’s front desk staff (and housekeepers) not very friendly or helpful. Every day, the front desk staff looked annoyed and angry, especially the girls. The guys had a slightly better attitude. My Double Room was on the second floor. The room was not soundproof at all. I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and outside. I was especially annoyed by kids screaming and running up and down the hallway every single day. It is sad that their parents allowed them to behave like that inside the small hotel, and none of the hotel’s staff cared to address the issue. My room’s size was okay for 2 people, the room was ideally clean, and I actually liked its pretty design, including the colors. The room was obviously renovated, but some furniture pieces still had scratches and looked not “fresh.” The room had only one window, and because of the narrow street and a building right across, there was not much natural daylight. Plus, I could clearly see into the windows across, and they could see me, so I often had to keep the curtains closed and use the room lighting. I definitely hated the very small and outdated TV. The refrigerator was also old and had a slightly weird, not fresh smell. Luckily, the closet was big and could fit a lot of stuff inside, but the safe inside the closet was old and small. The Double bed was not very comfortable, including the awful pillows. Another issue in the room was not enough plugs; my partner and I struggled to charge all our gadgets one after another. The hotel’s Wi-Fi was not super fast. Sometimes I could not even upload a 1-minute video to Facebook or watch a YouTube video in high quality. The bathroom was big enough, but the shower stall was super tiny and uncomfortable. The actual shower did not work well - the water pressure was weak, and the broken shower he

My sister, brother-in-law, and I stayed at Hotel Manfredi in early November 2022 and we could not ask for more in a hotel. My hotel room was perfect, roomy, and comfortable; after a long day out, it was great to come ”home” (yes, I thought of it as my home in Rome). The breakfast, which we were lucky to enjoy a few mornings was delicious (it's not just a donut and coffee - I mean I am talking a full spread including eggs, tarts, cheeses, bacon, hash browns and more) so filling that we could skip lunch, which saved more money to spend on dinners. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. When my brother-in-law suddenly had a health issue, Roberta came to the room to make sure he was ok. He needed a doctor later and the hotel staff helped arranged for one to come to the hotel room! Made a scary time, less scary. This review is long over due. I will be returning to Rome soon, and I know Hotel Manfredi is where I want to stay. And did I mention that it is in a beautiful historic building? The wide elegant stairs are gorgeous and makes you think you are in another time. The hotel location is fantastic on Via Margutta, very near to where parts of a ”Roman Holiday” was filmed. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. I also enjoyed the Italian tradition of passeggiata after dinner every evening - I didn't gain one pound even though I was eating upwards of three gelatos a day, and a huge amount of pasta. You feel safe walking around the area because everything is still mostly open after dinner and lots of people are out strolling or eating again. The food in Rome is amazing, but I don't have to tell prospective travelers that!! Come to Rome and stay at the Hotel Manfredi! I will again soon.

We stayed at Hotel ISA for 12 nights, and couldn't have picked a better location. It was in walking distance to many of the sights, and convenient to the Metro. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful with a great view and variety of food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was not on yet (which we found out is normal for Europe this time of year), and we requested a fan for our room. Within an hour or 2 they had delivered a floor fan which was a big help sleeping at night. The room was also equipped with soundproof widows. There are also many restaurants and gelato places near by for convenience. I would like to thank the staff for making our stay great, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Title: A Comfortable Stay at Hotel.Paris in Rome: Convenient Location and Helpful Staff
Introduction:
During my recent trip to Rome, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel.Paris for four days. The overall experience was comfortable, thanks to its convenient location, helpful staff, and pleasant atmosphere. However, the repetitive breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests planning an extended stay.
Location and Accessibility:
Hotel.Paris is situated in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from Termini, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train or using public transportation. The hotel's proximity to many major attractions was a significant advantage, allowing guests to easily explore the city's landmarks and cultural sites without spending excessive time on commuting.
Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff:
The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience.
Breakfast Experience:
One area where Hotel.Paris could improve is the breakfast menu. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the fixed breakfast menu for all days became somewhat monotonous for guests planning to stay for more than a day. Having a limited selection of dishes might disappoint those who prefer variety or have specific dietary requirements. Introducing some variety or offering alternatives for guests staying multiple days would greatly enhance the breakfast experience.
Conclusion:
Hotel.Paris in Rome offers a comfortable and convenient stay, with its prime location and helpful staff being notable highlights. The proximity to Termini and major attractions makes it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city with ease. However, the fixed breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests staying for an extended period. With a little improvement in this area, Hotel.Paris has the potential to enhance the overall guest experience and become an even more popular choice among travelers visiting Rome.
Prima e ultima volta!
