服務看似很熱情提出的問題也會解決，但非常的不合理。我們晚上10點到的停車場一共就三輛車，不明白有空房間為什麼把我們安排在reception背後的房間，根本就不屬於客房主體，因此房間和圖片完全不一樣，房門打開就是停車場，洗手間的窗户也面對停車場，庭院也是公共區域沒有任何安全感。看得出是一家用心經營的小旅館，但是這樣區別對待大老遠過來的亞州客户真的非常不合理

Espetacular. Tivemos dias maravilhosos. Atendimento caloroso e de qualidade assim como a comida e a habitação. Fomos recebidos com a suite master com lareira e hidromassagem. Foi como uma nova lua de mel. Amamos o lugar e pretendemos voltar. Obrigado pela acolhida

We traveled to Ronda after a couple of busy days in Madrid and Seville. What a wonderful experience at this hotel!! Beautiful room (we had room #2), gorgeous, peaceful property and outstanding service!!! We traveled by train but it was easy to call for a cab to and from the town center. A magical experience!!

Dit hotel is een waar cadeautje voor jezelf! Wij zijn hier twee nachten gebleven, maar hadden hier met gemak een hele week kunnen verblijven. Het hotel heeft een prachtige ligging op een plaats waar je echt tot rust kunt komen. Er is vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat klaarstaat om je verblijf tot een heerlijke ervaring te maken. Wij hadden een kamer met een balkon dat de hele namiddag vol in de zon lag. Met twee fijne ligbedden erop hebben wij hier na ons bezoek aan schitterend Ronda lekker kunnen ontspannen. Het ontbijt, het diner en de lokale wijnen waren heerlijk. Het heeft ons tijdens ons verblijf werkelijk aan niets ontbroken.

Small boutique hotel hidden away in the countryside with wonderful views, this somewhat hidden gem was the perfect launch pad to visit Ronda and its environs. Lovely food, delightful service, spacious room … the perfect setting for a relaxing evening and good night’s sleep after visiting the various towns, villages and countryside in the locality. We found a discerning clientele staying at this hotel, and it was a delight to exchange with others as we enjoyed our evenings. We would definitely go back !

Wir entschieden uns spontan in diesem Hotel zu stoppen und dort zu übernachten . Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit , der Service war toll das Team sehr freundlich , die Location war super ( sehr ruhige Lage) , Frühstück sehr gut . Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr .

We enjoy staying here, the location is beautiful, a small Tuscany corner in Spain. The staff is wonderful, they prepare us a late dine &wine moment after a long trip day. Location 10/10, staff 10/10, food 20/10, room 9/10 (clean and well equipped).

We were looking for a nice, small hotel outside Ronda where we could relax and enjoy a more rural setting while still being close to town. This was perfect. While Ronda was a wonderful town to explore I don't think you need to spend the night there. You can see it all in a half day. We had a beautiful room with a canopy bed, a lovely outdoor space will views across the valley. I personally loved the decor. We stayed for two nights and had breakfast and dinner there both days. The food was very good. There are no tv's in the rooms which was just fine for us. We had a fireplace which we used one night. It was lovely but did find it a bit smoky in our room so we opted not to use it the second night. I loved that they had a selection of games available in the common areas which we took advantage of, as well as a vast collection of CD's which we could play in the dining room and in our room. That was a nice touch. The pool looked really nice though it was too cold for swimming (for us). The only piece of constructive feedback I'd give is that I wish they had a list of hikes and/or bike rides readily available. (with maps.) and perhaps other things to do in the area. They did give us suggestions but it was a bit off the cuff. On their website, I remember seeing that they offered guided walks and bike rides but nobody mentioned that when we were there. There was no sign of any bikes available to use either though we didn't ask so perhaps they were there. All in all, I would defiantly recommend this hotel.

Mooi Hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt, Lunch en Diner zijn super. Streek gerelateerde wijnen en gerechten. Grote schone kamers mooie inrichting. Fantastisch uitzicht. De weg vanaf Ronda naar het Hotel gaat over kleine smalle wegen. Heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Una pena qué sólo pude disfrutar de este maravilloso alojamiento una noche. A destacar la belleza del edificio, el detalle cuidado en cada estancia, la tranquilidad y el entorno que rodea a este establecimiento. Una muy agradable sorpresa, en estos momentos que corren, en el que el stress y las prisas, pasan a formar parte de nuestro día a día. Sin duda volveré.

What a treat it was to spend a weekend here (full board!) even though we could not go see Ronda, which was the purpose of the trip. Ronda was inaccessible because of a huge biking event, but we did not regret coming here! The views, the food, the room, the warm welcome from Laura, the incredible scenery, Grazalema, the smell of the countryside, all wonderful. Go here in spring if you love nature (and don't mind a few insects…a sign of environmental health!)

Herrlich familiär geführtes Haus. Hervorragendes Essen, tolle große Zimmer. Auf alle Wünsche wird sehr flexibel reagiert. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail und liefert viele gute Argumente, dass man gerne wiederkommt. Highlight: offener Kamin im Zimmer.

Un lugar precioso, era una antigua casa de molino, totalmente reformada, cuenta con habitaciones amplias, muy romántica, la cama con cortina, la mía con una vista espectacular que daba a la piscina y con un baño muy amplio, el personal muy amable y atento, un lugar que volvería sin duda alguna
