The stay was very comfortable. Food was good. The staff was really friendly. However it wld be good to have usb charging ports in the rooms.

The restaurant offers absolutely terrible service. The staff behave as though bringing your order is an inconvenience to them. The food takes more than 2 hours to come to you and the staff are constantly getting the orders wrong. They walk around with notepads and yet they never write orders down then they proceed to get them wrong. You have to ask multiple waiters, multiple times before you can get something that you ordered. I will not waste money here again.

wifi did not work, wanted room service at 9.05pm, kitchen closes at 9pm so no go. lack of channels to view on tv, very noisey hotel .. Reception not the warmest of people, beds were ok and they did have a kettle in the room. There was security at the gate.

Very noisy with some sort of party Friday night the 15th March by the poolside, and Saturday afternoon with residents openly consuming alcohol in the reception area with no regard for fellow residents, has always been my choice to stay on business, unfortunately that was my last stay

I travel from the UK to visit my mom. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast fabulous. Clean swimming pool & lovely bedrooms. Most importantly I feel safe. Highly recommended to single travelers or families. The hotel overlooks a lake. Great to see the ducks with babies n

The bedding was perfect. The stuff was friendly not to mention our breakfast and supper was something else out of this world and I have enjoyed every bit. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and families

Staff go above and beyond, always friendly and adapted to whatever our personal needs were, my wife was participating in the Arnold Classic event and had a specific diet to follow, the chef accomodated and assisted us with personal attention - we were late for breakfast, he opened up and made us a special breakfast and served it without a fuss.

From the check in to the day we left, it was one thing after the other. 1. The team that was checking us in was not consistent, the one half was not willing to go the extra mile to solve our request (being moved from a 2 single bed, room to a double bed, room) and the other half made promises that they could not keep (said that we would be moved the following day, without checking for availability first). 2. My colleague asked for the iron numerous times over the period of our stay, and it NEVER came, she had to go get it herself. 3. We ordered room service, and the food came after an hour plus, AFTER i made an enquiry about my order, which was when they were only assembling it. I do get that it might take time however communication on ETA is important. 4. When the food eventually came, there was no cutlery and no condiments. I could write more, but you get the picture.

Unfortunately, my stay here was quite disappointing. The TV is extremely small — you can barely watch from the bed — and connecting a PS5 is impossible, which is frustrating after a long business day when you just want to unwind. There’s no proper room service; guests have to go downstairs to collect their food, and you’re handed your meal on a plate with no tray — even hospitals do better. There’s also no bottled water provided in the rooms, and the water available downstairs has a strange taste. The food itself is very dry n not tasty. For a business trip, I also expected basic amenities like a notebook and pen in the room, but there were none. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Checked in for one night ,bathroom had baby roaches crawling,waited 20min only for someone to bring doom. Ordered burger and chips and water, waited 35min no call to say it's done,went downstairs saw my order wrapped in foil and ready ,nobody called. Salad was a messy mush ,limp lettuce,over ripe soft tomatoes cut into 4. Mushy cucumber Only thing to edible was onions and olives,didn't touch the wet feta Beef Burger was over done and hard to eat,lots of fatty bits in the mince meat Chips was the only decent item on my plate. One night slept with closed suitcase as the lady that brought the doom told me not to unpack and left the doom in the room for me . She was friendly but damn if the staff says that!?? Went to shower and crawly again,I sprayed and killed myself . See photo Can't sleep as my room stinks of doom and I have indigestion from a over cooked burger with no fresh ingredients or salad . The tray was disgusting too the backing was peeling on one side -see photo ,should be thrown away and served to clients Do better ,this is basics !!!!/ Reception service on the telephone is shocking and the hotel is not full on a Monday night . Happy to check out crack if dawn

Wi Fi was not good. The price was very poor for the jail like ambiance. No room service, vending machine no working properly, Not a good sleep, with 59 pillows must have bee procured from TEMU. Avoid if you can. Mmmmmmm mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm mnmm

The service iv received from reception is extremely bad I'd give them a rating of - 5. Went down stairs to ask for a blanket and I was told they will bring it up to my room waited 40min for it, the lady at reception hung up on me while I was still talking
