Il n'est pas possible pour une personne à corpulence moyenne ou forte de venir loger dans cet hôtel. La douche est inaccessible (si vous pesez plus de 80 kilos ou mesurez plus d’1m70, vous ne pourrez pas vous laver..). Un simple petit désolé à peine prononcé en réponse de l'accueil. Honteux pour une chambre à 130 euros la nuit. Et je ne parle pas de l'isolation juste catastrophique.. J'espère juste que notre échange va faire changer les choses pour les propriétaires Heureusement la localisation permet de pouvoir donner tout de même 2 étoiles

In posizione strategica per assistere alle maree , il piccolo e grazioso hotel presenta camere pulite , semplici o con doccia o con vasca da bagno. Meglio precisare cosa si desidera in prenotazione o alla reception. La vista dalla camera e’ travolgente e unica . Colazione spartana . Solo scale per accedere alle camere. Disponibilità gentilezza e garbo alla reception.

Nous occupions la chambre 7 avec une très belle vue et au calme. La chambre était petite mais propre, le ménage était fait tous les jours. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise avec notre petit chien. Nous pouvions nous rendre à pied au centre de Roscoff et à l'embarcadère pour l'île de Batz. Le parking était facile et gratuit. Petit déjeuner continental simple mais suffisant servi à table par une dame charmante. L'accueil a été discret mais sympathique. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour de 3 nuits. Un très bon restaurant indépendant de l'hôtel se situe au rez-de-chaussée. Nous recommandons ce petit hôtel familial un peu vieille France mais qui garde son âme.

Hôtel qui propose une vue mer mais qui ne précise pas que la vue première est le toit en tôle du restaurant du dessous. Hôtel vieillot et très spartiate ! On se croirait plutôt dans un mobil home plutôt que dans une chambre d hôtel. La douche a été rajoutée les wc sont équipés de sanibroyeur bruyant. La moquette aurait besoin d un bon rafraîchissement et la tv a un écran d ordinateur portable ! Très mal insonorisé, on entend les bruits des chambres voisines et du couloir. Le rapport qualité/ prix n y est pas du tout!.

Les + : - chambre vue mer = très agréable et c'est un peu plus pour cet hôtel - propreté de la chambres et de la salle d'eau, - personnel sympathique Les - : - si chambre au 2° et dernier étage, le WC est un sanibroyeur 1er modèle donc petite profondeur de la cuvette et bruyant au moment de l'évacuation, - mauvaise insonorisation intérieur - pas d'ascenseur La salle du petit déjeuner est très petite mais vue mer si votre table est auprès de la baie vitrée.

Rien à dire en ce qui concerne la chambre, simple mais très propre. Par contre le petit déjeuner (continental) est plus que basique (croissant, baguette, une confiture industrielle) pour 10 €. Tous les Logis proposent maintenant un buffet généreux, varié avec des produits de qualité pour 2 ou 3 € de plus. Donc un hôtel qui convient très bien à ceux qui ne déjeunent pas !

Arrived on our bikes too early to check in, but we asked if we could book a room for later and leave our bikes. The friendly receptionist said we could, and would we like the room straightaway. Of course we would! She said there was only one room free,and it was very small. It was perfect, we had a view of the harbour, a comfortable clean bed, and all the facilities. It is a short walk into Roscoff itself. We thought this was the best room of our holiday .

Great value for money and location for a quick 1 night stay. 3 min drive from ferry port and easy walk to Roscoff with lots of bars restaurants etc and pretty little streets. Easy and friendly check in. Didn’t have breakfast as early ferry to catch :( Comfortable room and bed, good hot powerful shower. My only criticism is no mirror near a plug socket ….. but I managed! Stayed in room 9 - beautiful view. Highly recommend.

Perfectly functional and affordable place, handy for the ferry terminal, very helpful at reception (even found me a power plug adaptor to borrow for my stay) and generally comfortable room. Only real drawback was it was really hard to tell whether restaurant was open or not, and a small screen around the ventilator extractor point on the roof near my window would make it a little quieter when you need the window open for a cooling breeze!

Not really made to feel welcome by the younger manager. The older lady which I assume was the owner was set and helpful despite our language barrier. Insurance didn’t make payment so was told late evening if we didn’t pay we have to leave. After I said I was on the phone to them and they would like to try make payment again she said she didn’t want to take another payment from them. She didn’t offer any help or assistance just pure arrogance. More of a bed and breakfast than hotel.

To be honest it's more of a B&B than a proper hotel, surprising I'd have thought as we've a Logis hotel in the village where our French 2nd. home is and that has two restaurants (one being used for traditional French workers' lunches and breakfast with the other being the main restaurant) and a bar. Bellevue has neither a restaurant, something we knew about already from the "blurb", but weirdly no bar either and the latter would have been ideal for having an evening drink watching the sunset from the pleasant yard area outside the hotel. Apart from the lack of restaurant and bar our main problems however were a lack of a) milk in the tea/coffee provision in the room and b) the ssomewhat surprising and not to say annoying lack of hot water for washing/showering for most of our stay. Despite these issues we'd probably stay again as the one big positive about this Roscoff hotel is that there is ample provision for parking, plus we found the room, despite the bizarre hot water supply and lack of milk, to be a very nice place to spend the night after the long drive to Plymouth and the overnight ferry crossing.

We stayed here when we arrived on ferry from Plymouth and again at the end of our hotel before getting the ferry back the following day. Will certainly stay here again and would be great for a weekend break in Roscoff. Sea view from our room which is always a bonus and the bed was so comfortable had 2 wonderful nights sleep! Sad we only got to have the breakfast at the start of the holiday- very good, plenty to eat. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner and staff- thank you. We are recommending this hotel to all of our family and friends.

Hôtel très agréable, avec un service et un accueil très attentif et chaleureux. Vue mer splendide, hotel très propre, chambres simples mais confortables. A pied pour tous les restaurants et le centre ville. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Merci à tout le personnel.
