羅斯科夫雷吉納酒店

We chose this hotel as a quick stop over after getting off the ferry before heading to Paris. I had emailed a number of occasions asking for early check in. When we arrived we were met by this old gruff man who in no uncertain terms told us check in was 2pm. He told me we could put our suitcases in the cupboard. I had no idea what door he meant and when I pointed to the wrong one he yelled at me. We left to explore Roscoff and came back around 1:15-1:30 hoping our room would be ready. The place was locked. I buzzed several times and no answer. At exactly 2:00pm the door opened and we were checked in by the same horrible man. I forgot what room he told me and when I asked him he yelled again to look at the key. My son and I were too scared to go downstairs so stayed in our room most of the rest of our stay. I’d booked the room with breakfast so popped down the next morning for him to tell us no breakfast. I found my booking and he refused to look at it telling us again no breakfast. My son ( who is normally shy and reserved) showed him our booking which clearly stated breakfast to which the man grabbed a wad of money from his pocket and threw €20 at me. There is nothing I would say to recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé, le seul point positif. A première vue, on voit bien que l'hôtel est ancien et a besoin d'un coup de neuf, mais sympa dans le style. Par contre une fois à l'intérieur, un accueil froid, une chambre sale, lugubre. On a même acheté un bidon de javel pour nettoyer la Sdb. Pour le prix, le ménage devrait au moins être fait correctement. Dommage car hôtel de caractère....
