Checking in the lady who was there that night seem annoyed like if she didn’t want to be there but everyone else I came across with seem very nice. The room had a weird smell like if ppl had smoke there before. The room looked clean it wasn’t so bad but the sheets weren’t wash properly I put my own pillow covers and sheet in order to sleep well I didn’t use theirs at all. And the rug was the dirties I wore flip flops and the times I walked with my socks it left them like if I walked all day in the streets had to throw them away. The hotel itself wasn’t so bad. Literally the down side was the smell, dirty carpet and not probably was blankets.

The pool area was really nice. Our room was ok. The shower was dirty and the carpet turned our feet black and it was sticky. The toilet wouldnt flush and our in room phone didnt work. Overall, if you need a place to stay it wasnt bad. Id stay again, Ill just know what to expect.

Service was limited. The banquet hall was not available. The restaurant was closed. The continental breakfast was a granola bar. This information is not available on line.

The staff are friendly m, welcoming, and efficient. This property is dated and could use some TLC in the rooms.

Had a room from Dec 2-4. Enjoyed my stay up until housekeeping entered my room the last day before check out “without” consent and items came up missing and the general manager told me a garbage excuse and told me they don’t have time to run cameras back for there guest & was very disrespectful. I filled a complaint to corporate management. Still on going

The rooms are updated. They're clean and modern, but not particularly fancy. However, the beds are quite comfortable and the towels are light and fluffy. I stay there every time I'm in Detroit. Close to shops and restaurants and an easy commute into the city.

The service at this property is always top notch. The housekeepers, Marissa(Front Desk Manager), and Davon(Guest Services Representative) always make sure I’m comfortable.

the property had homeless people in the parking lot and the room given to me was out of service then another room given to me had a TERRIBLE cigarette smell even though it was a non secret smell. within 5 minutes my wife's asthma was flaring up and we were forced to leave. the hotel gave us a refund but nothing around here is in our budget so we will be sleeping in our vehicle tonight....... terrible experience

THERE WAS BLOOD SATINS ON MY SHEETS I HAD TO CALL THE FRONT DESK THEN I HAD TO GO FIND HOUSEKEEPING TO GET THE SHEETS CHANGED AND IT TOOK 2 HRS FOR MY SHEETS TO BE CHANGED
