酒店位於downtown，近火車站，大型超市superstore 就在斜對面，還是蠻方便的～走去water front 大約1.5KM。

酒店在市區邊上，房間較大，裝修設施較陳舊老派中規中矩．周邊沒啥商業配套設施，需要開車出去，還好免費停車。

地理位置好，乾淨，舒適，房間大，距離downtown很近，就餐購物很方便。疫情期間早餐早餐點好後帶回房間吃。

Le personnel est tellement avenant....que ça soit à l'accueil, au déjeuner, le staff que l'on croise dans l'hôtel. Ils aiment les gens et leur travail et ça se sent. Ils sont à l'écoute et prêts à accompagner à toute heure. Grande chambre d'une propriété exemplaire et des produits douche de grande qualité. Bar à boissons chaudes, jus, eau glacée disponible gratuitement à toutes heures. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits et tout était parfait de l'arrivée au départ. MERCI au chaleureux personnel

The first thing that hit us was the strong perfume smell, it was in everything it was very over powering!, the only other thing was that there are no extractor fans in the bathroom? I have never been in a hotel bathroom where there was'nt one?. The humid air in the bathroom was so bad i nearly passed out as i have lung issues and these things affect me. When i contacted staff they said they would fix it that day but on my return from a full day in hospital, i found nothing done and when contacting the desk again was told that the ceiling vent was only that, a vent!! I checked out and went else where.

The staff at front desk were very welcoming and helpful
As they were too when l had questions about our accommodations over the phone
I especially appreciated the free underground parking and the proximity of wheelchair accessibility to the elevator
The included breakfast was also appreciated and variety good as was the preparation
The staff there too were very accommodating service was good
The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE as were the PILLOWS making for a goodnight sleep 😴
All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would return again! Thank you

Liked the heated underground parking.
Disliked the cleanliness of my room. Stained hand towel in the bathroom. Piece of broken glass in the bedroom. Small rock in the living room, most likely from previous guests shoe. And many small hairs in the jetted tub. GROSS!

Très belle fin de semaine. Personnel courtois et gentil. Chambre très propres. Stationnement intérieur gratuit et borne de recharge (payante) niveau trois directement dans le stationnement.
