Sehr gut organisiertes Motel in ruhiger Lage. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Gepflegte Pool-Area.

Disappointing!! Not like the pictures you see on *******. We had high hopes for this place but it was not great. The hottub was the selling point for us but it was so disgusting and dirty with things floating in it we did not even attempt to go in. We also rewashed all the dishes as they were not clean. The cutains were snagged, old, tacky and see through - blackout curtains in the bedroom for sleeping would have been nice.

Everything was quite good. Very minor bits that could be improved. The bathroom and toilets were clean with all required stuff. The pool and spa facilities were great and were not even crowded and we had good time my son loved that quite a lot. The shower head in the bathroom can be given a scrub. Bed was springy but did not feel uncomfortable in the mornings so was ok on that front. May be a small tetra pack of milk would be good to keep in the fridge.

The motel is located in a quiet street only a short drive from the main shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated with obvious water damage on the ceiling, mould in the shower, and general wear on the faucets.

accueil très souriant et très agréable. L'arrivée dans la chambre est prévue pour 14h mais nous sommes arrivés à 10h. Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions laisser nos valises à l'accueil jusque 14h. Mais comme le ménage avait déjà été fait on nous a très gentiment permis d'utiliser la chambre dès maintenant Possibilité de se garer juste devant la chambre Grande chambre bien équipée, il manque peut être des étagères pour ranger le linge mais il y a suffisamment de place pour poser nos grandes valises et valises de cabine avion très agréable d'avoir un wifi rapide

Excellent service. Bonus having a spa pool in the room & a outdoor heated pool for the kids. Staff very helpful with tips and information for places to visit in rotorua. Would recommend for families. Very clean & perfect location for cheap Uber rides to skyline & city if you have no car rental. I would definitely come back here.

Great we units and well priced compared with the competitors. Just lacked air conditioning but staff were very helpful and offered fans. Outdoor pool was a nice temperature for summer time bathing

Excellent heated pool and spa. Staff are friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to Redwoods and City. Will stay again.

Have stayed here before and have always found the staff friendly and approachable. Quiet and in a great position for our needs.
