+++ 非常好的床，大房間，很棒的浴室 + + + 很棒的自助早餐 - - - 我們無法打開電視，不得不使用密碼，我們不喜歡那樣 - - - 睡得不好好吧，因為窗戶打不開，溫度保持在17 度+ - 電梯運行得很慢，但我們覺得這很有趣++ 酒店位於舊哈佛商學院旁邊，從車站步行很方便

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating! Nice personal touches with the personalized welcome note in our room and record player with music. Would have rated this higher except there was loud music nearby on several nights which interrupted our sleep.

Stayed here on Monday 4th September 2023 - very disappointed as they take €50 holding fee which isn’t a problem the issue was. I was told the €50 goes back in your account automatically in a few days - this didn’t happen I had to call the hotel who checked my payment and made the transfer straight away. If I hadn’t of done this I wouldn’t of got my €50 back, like the receptionist told me. Just one to watch out for as they clearly try and keep the €50 deposit fee.

The hotel is a stylish boutique. It was easy to find and located on a quiet street. It is nearby public transit and a short walk to terrific restaurants. Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was clean and had nice amenities. The biggest issue occured on a Sunday afternoon. Despite extending the stay and reconfirming with front desk that we did not want to be disturbed to sleep in, there were several knocks on the door from staff. When I opened the door, the attitude of the front desk staff was icy, "Did you know check-out is at noon?" And I said, "Yes, and we extended our stay." She responded with a scowl, "When?" And I said Friday (also I had sent a message to the hotel a month prior). I could not fall back asleep after a very tiring day and was upset at the unpleasant and unprofessional exchange and poor attitude of this woman. Would I recommend the stay? Perhaps. I'm undecided whether I would want to return next year.

Location was ideal, 20 minutes walk from the centre, tram round the corner if required. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, a very modern boutique style hotel and excellent staff. Nice seating area outside with deckchairs, free use of bicycles was brilliant touch.
