古斯塔夫福樓拜文學酒店，貝斯特韋斯特品質精選(Hotel Litteraire Gustave Flaubert, BW Signature Collection)

I like stories written in lobbies, corridors, and rooms! The hotel has nice and essential amenities. The location is excellent in the city center close to restaurants and almost all points of interest. Breakfast is ok, but a little expensive. There are no slippers or carpets in the room and this is a little disappointing in the cold season.

This hotel is owned by the Best Western chain but has good personality - focused on the literary author Gustave Flaubert (who was born in Rouen). Rooms are compact but clean - big windows and blackout curtains - comfortable. Breakfast is an additional 19.00 € per person - pricey. The biggest plus is the location - in the centre of the old town, right next to the Jeanne D'arc memorial church and within 5-10 mins walk of most key sights. Staff were friendly, spoke great English (in case your French isn't good) and checking in was easy.

Hotel in guter Lage, Rezeption freundlich, Zimmer ist an sich gut, leider stinkt die Dusche und das Zimmer riecht nach Zigaretten. Der Geruch nimmt jede Freude.

Perfect

A very well positioned hotel for the medieval sector of Rouen and the waterfront. Good pre check-in available and car parking that was worth every euro. Bang on the Pace de Vieux Marché with an abundance of bars, bistros and restaurants. Also very quiet and calm. If you don't want to lash out on an expensive breakfast there are numerous establishments serving p-d within a minutes walk. Very friendly staff and good bar. Not enough time to read all the books though! Would return.

J'ai tout aimé de cet hôtel. Particulièrement l'emplacement, dans une petite cour intérieure, en plein centre et au coeur de l'action, mais à l'abri du bruit et très intime. La chambre est petite, mais très efficacement organisée pour demeurer très confortable. Les produits Nuxe sont offerts pour la douche. Les serviettes sont grandes et luxueuses. Plusieurs prises électriques bien placées sont très pratiques. J'ai remarqué des saletés qui s'étaient accumulées dans les coutures et joints des chaises et de la tête de lit, mais rien qui ne soit dérangeant. J'ai aussi adoré l'ambiance littéraire de tout l'hôtel.

We enjoyed our stay of one night on our way on to Bayeau. The location is excellent. We arrived by train, walked the few blocks to check our bags, and explored the city. We had a wonderful lunch at gill cote bistro. So nice to be so close to great dining options. Nice breakfast.
