Ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was good w a selection.

Nice hotel just off the freeway. Couldn’t hear any traffic but it did seem we could hear our neighbor quite well through the wall - not a problem after bedtime, though. Mattress was pretty comfortable. Pillows fluffy and squishy. We had a one bedroom suite and it felt quite spacious. Bibin was super friendly and helpful at check in and check out - very nice staff! We would stay again.

Though this is a clean-looking hotel, there were a few roaches and small bugs in our rooms, so we won’t be returning.

The hotel was nice . Had some things that were not working . The staff was good.

The property is nice. The outdoor pool isn't heated and the basketball court only has one hoop. We had to wait hours after check in time to receive our room. I called 2 hours before check in time to let them know I was on my way. The ladies at the counter ignored my partner for 18 min, while they were doing nothing. They didn't acknowledge her. They kept giving us a BS reply about when the room would be ready 15 min was the magic number. We watched about 15 to 20 of those pass by. We had a few roaches in the room upon my initial inspection but I came prepared with the essential as I usually do so no complaints, besides there weren't any more room to move to. The hot breakfast was good and fresh. Overall the stay was good but the initial check in was not.

Last night before going to bed we saw lots of vugs and roaches in the kitchen. We noticed the front office and they advised they couldn't credit us because we already paid in full. We have photos and video of the bugs. We will never be visiting that hotel ever again. 😒

The hotel was very clean and centrally located. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay was very nice.

Excellent for families! Stay was pleasant with easy access to main roads. Breakfast was great too! My only complaint is beds are too soft as we suffer from chronic back issues. Yes, I would stay again if my stay is 1-2 nights.
