Very pleasant to stay and atmosphere is good .all the staffs are excellent starting from front Office to service and food was delicious and healthy..

We went to the roof top restaurant. Food ordered by us were realy excellent. We enjoyed it. It was almost full. So they rolled in air cooler for the convenience of customers. Caring. Enough space all around. Mr.Maharana the manager was personally supervising.

Horrible staff. They turn on the heat pump only at 5 AM in the morning. If you want to have a shower at any other point of time during the day, they will offer you HOT WATER IN BUCKET. Is this the service level of a star rated hotel? There was no complimentary water bottle in the room. BUILDING IS EXCELLENT. SERVICE IS PATHETIC. Arrogance of the staff including the so called GENERAL MANAGER is at all time peak. I travel all over the world and I have never seen such pathetic staff at a star rated property.
