The location is great but the hotel is old and carpet to be worn

非常方便的地方，離伍爾里奇站只有幾條街，乾淨，客戶服務很好，員工友好，只有沒有牙刷和拖鞋。

Welcoming, good service.

It's a Travelodge, so it's a bit on the basic side, but it did all the fundamentals well. The bed was comfy, the water was hot with good pressure, the towels were good and the internet worked fine. The staff were excellent - a particular shout-out to Jiante, who worked the front desk. She was wonderful and seemed to be everywhere at once. She was very friendly and helpful and always on hand for emergencies (scissors, in my case!). It's always nice when front-of-house are engaging and interactive with customers. It really gives it a personal touch. Woolwich itself seems to have a tight community spirit, and Jiante tapped into that for me, Hotel is nicely located for the Excel Arena (one stop on the Elizabeth Line, a 10min walk). It's close to the DLR and London City Airport too, so for a business hotel, it's fine for a couple of days. Thanks Jiante, and Travelodge Woolwich.

Great value for money, the check in process was friendly and quick, there's shops nearby, train staions to take you into the city and there is a carpark which the receptionist made me aware of the times that it is free and how to pay when it is not. The reception and kitchen staff are lovely. There was a great selection of food for breakfast and I for sure will be coming back to woolwich travelodge. Thanks for having me.

Was allotted a room found to be occupied on entry. Reception spent more time trying to aduce why they messed up, and no time on an apology. The best advice was where to find the Sainsbury's. Very simple accomodation, but a tremendous amount of banging coming from outside in the corridor.m

I was very impressed with this hotel, very clean, rooms kept on a regular basis. The staff are very polite & helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is great, great food, excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel. This hotel is set in the centre of woolwich with access to shops & underground.
