We had a wonderful stay, and the hotel was great. However, reception staff could be a little more welcoming. The hotel is outside of town, which is easily reachable. Besides, the hotel is intended to relax and to pamper yourself.

Food and service from restaurant was terrible. Waited over 1 hour for food only to be told that food will arrive 30 minutes later. 1 and a half hours for food when we started off with the only two people eating at the time? They put day pool guests before people that are staying in the hotel. Yes you can pay for a day ticket and come swim. Good luck getting a place to sit after 12 o'clock. Too enter the swimming pool area to must pass the nude swimming pool area with young kids,( please keep this in mind) Would not recommend this place to anyone. Please stay at any other hotel.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! I honestly dont understand why this place only has 3 stars, felt like 5 star hotel to me. The staff is very polite and caring, loved the personal touch, complimentary chocholate and water, welcome letter, they even gave my baby bedding with cars on them as they knew its a boy... the facilities on site are amazing, wellness centre, pool, spa, felt like holiday in Spain to me. Definitely will come back if ever visit Czech Republic again!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Brno so we stayed at this hotel. It is located in a very good place because it is not that far from the city. We got a renewed room which was perfect but we had to go through the older corridors that was a little bit of unpleasant (dirty floors, damaged doors etc). I booked for half-board service, on the first night we ate at the buffet but from the next day on we were directed to the other restaurant where we could choose from a menu. It was a pleasant surprise ☺️ The food was ok but repetitive. Unfortunately, sometimes the glass or the fork was not cleaned well… The staff , except the cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful. Furthermore, they speak English! One server in the restaurant was rude on the first night but friendly on the other. I did not notice that the wellness area was a nudist area so I got surprised 😅 If you want to see Brno but don’t want to spend a lot of money on accommodation, choose this hotel! ☺️

Hotel molto pulito con colazione inclusa ben assortita e con tantissime specialità salate locali ! Bellissime stanze nuove! Spa meravigliosa, con 4 saune! Piscina interna con cocktail bar , fantastica!!! Piscina esterna e idromassaggio all'aperto! Ristorante molto buono aperto fino alle 22 con menù per bambini perfetto! Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo! Lo staff è molto preparato , disponibile, gentile e attento ad ogni singolo cliente! Consigliatissimo!!!!!
