布朗蘇沃廳酒店(Brownsover Hall)

Beautiful grounds, beautiful buildings. Stayed in the stables, basic but very nice. No A/C was very hot and smallest fan. Liked the waterfall shower head. Receptionist was nice, very efficient. Never got to walk the grounds as was staying for one night, but looks like there is much to explore onsite and surrounding. Beautiful area. Close around 15min walk to the shopping area and restaurants and about 30min walk from Rugby. A nice walk.

This hotel is in a beautiful setting, convenient for Rugby and the M1/M6. The grounds and building are beautiful, although there are signs of neglect. We stayed in a suite in the Stables, it was tired, which I knew from the photos online but our bathroom had hair in the bath and clogged in the plughole. The shower didn't run hot and the toilet flush was poor. Breakfast was mediocre at best, lots of hot food had run out with no-one keeping an eye, we had to ask for items to be brought out. The staff were 50/50 - some very pleasant but some disinterested, one of the receptionists didn't even give us directions to our room properly suite. If some money was spent on improving the rooms and building I would have been happy to pay more, it is a real shame is the potential is immense!

Pleasant grounds and location. Stayed in the stables executive room on hottest day of year so far, no air con in room as website states, spoke to a manger who didn’t want to know. Tried to book a meal in restaurant but told no room due to a large group in restaurant . Complained to Manager again. Poor customer service . Hall is beautiful but very tired and run down . No luxury there bed, felt springs in mattress bathroom needs gutting. Not what we expected for an executive room. Needs money investing into the Hall and some good customer service training and good cleaning staff for rooms. Would not return again or recommend to others.

Very interesting Victorian mansion. (now a hotel). Probably a listed property, so its comes with its issues, due to its age. The back door and its vintage latch, are directly out of Victorian ship.. Gothic building and grounds with woods on them. Rooms are good.

Very poor. I never got the room type that I booked and was charged for. The room I was given was in their ‘Stables’ building on the ground floor room 33. The noise from the room above as other guests walked around was ridiculous. Never again.

Amazing location, beautiful surroundings staff very polite and helpful. Very welcoming. Room spacious with amazing views beds a little soft but slept well. Will definitely return

Fantastic old room (room 2) with beautiful high ceilings. The property is full of character. Easy parking. Very swift and welcoming check in. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful location. Amazing chestnut tree in the garden. Wonderful house. Top service. Loved our stay.
