Cabin has a full kitchen, wood burning fireplace (firewood not provide). We're less than a mile from mid town, 3.5 miles from Inn of the Mountain Gods. We are located in the heart of Ruidoso near the shops, ski area, casinos, riding stables, fishing, golf and hiking. Our location is just off Sudderth Drive on N. Laurel Road. Our cabins back up to the City Park and nearby River. hiking path starts at the cabins. If you are looking for upscale accommodations, we are not the place. The space If you were looking for upscale accommodations we are not the place ,We are in a wooded area with a park and Ruidoso River near the back of our property. Our cabins are rustic log on the outside and as comfortable as home 2 bedroom with 4 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen that include everything from the stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot down to the cookware. Charcoal bbq grill. With 2 porches. We also furnish your linens, towels, blankets. Come and enjoy our cozy atmosphere, cable TV, wifi, A/C, heater and roaring fire on cool evenings. Firewood not provided Guest access Cabin 20 has parking for 3 vehicles. No need for a 4x4 /chains on our property in the winter months. We are 3/4 mile front the start of the Mid-town shops. Other things to note Checkin is bewteen 3-6pm Check out is no later than 11am. We are pet friendly upon prior approval and a pet fee of $10.00 per night per pet. All guest pets must be on a leash. Guest are responsialbe for cleaning up after their pets and paying for any damage caused by their pet.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Clean/put away the kitchen and all used dishes. Discard all trash in the dumpsters. Failure to do so you will be charged an extra $50.00.No smoking of any kind allowed inside the cabins. Please enjoy the porch and use the ashtrays provided. If caught smoking inside you will be asked to,No wood in charcoal grills, charcoal only. Please do not clean out grills nor fireplaces as we will safely discard ashes when you check out..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.
