We reserved two rooms and arrived after midnight. One room was okay although the floor, a hard surface not carpet left black feet from walking across it. The other room was not cleaned at all. It had trash in the only trash can and the bed was unmade. We complained and a maintenance man brought new sheets a put them on and then made another trip to get washcloths and towels. He also brought coffee. He apologized and was a nice man he cleaned the bathroom. We spoke with the night clerk and he said we would have to talk to manager. The manager was not in when we checked out the next day and when we called said he could not credit refund any portion of the room. and we would have to speak the the owner who is out of the country. Would not recommend and will never stay here again.
