薩卡羅Cala Sa Conca附近平價酒店預訂

We just got back from a multi-day family stay at this hotel. We had been on holidays in this area previously but this was our first time at S'Agaro Hotel. The hotel's location is amazing as it's just a few metres away from a lovely beach. The hotel and facilities are nice, clean and very well presented. The staff were all very polite and kind. The breakfast was good quality although a bit repetitive. The price for our say was substantially higher than other similar 4 star hotels in the same area. One good thing was that their rate was cancellable which is why we booked it in the end. If some of the other 4 star hotels in the area had offered cancellable rates, we would have probably gone for a slightly cheaper option than this hotel. The rooms a bit smaller than we hoped for but were adequate and clean. One of the big negatives is about the swimming pool. Although there's a large board stating what is and isn't allowed, this is not monitored by hotel staff and most of the rules are disregarded by guests. For example, eating and drinking in the sunlounges or keeping their dogs with them. More worryingly, plenty of people vaped and smoked in the sunlounges and not just tobacco, judging by the smell, stronger stuff too, which for a family hotel I found very poor. Although access to the hotel's area by car is heavily policed by security guards, accessing the hotel's pool on foot is not controlled at all so we regularly so random people walking in, swimming in the pool and then just leaving the premises without anyone challenging them. This was the case with both a group of local young back-packers and also a group of noisy French guys. None of them disturbed us directly, but I thought it was a bit off putting. In the age of social media, I assume people tell each other that this pool is widely open to anyone and people just use it without being guests at the hotel. We were travelling with children and all this made use feel a bit uneasy in the pool area. The gym is basic and limited in terms of equipment, specially weights. Another negative is with regards to food and drink in the room. We all know that anything from inside the mini-bar is chargeable. However, this is the first hotel I see where they place items like coffee capsules in a table in your room and then charges you for consuming them, at the end of your stay. Finally, I understand the hotel is dog friendly and guests are allowed them in their rooms, however, I wasn't happy to regularly see people taking their dogs to the swimming pool area (not in the water though) and also have them in the outdoor restaurant during breakfast time. In summary, nice hotel in great location, a bit overpriced and needs stronger pool access control policies.

五月的一個美好的一週。優質的服務,到處都很高標準。所有工作人員都完美無缺。特別提到Ingred我們的早餐女士、接待女士、Patricia和Alejandro以及負責游泳池區域的Albert,這些都非常出色地被Soreto先生看到。我們的旅行很棒...我們會回來的。

We loved the charm of this hotel in a perfect location just steps from the beach. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness was irreproachable. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The restaurant offered a large and varied buffet which changed every day. The swimming pool is lovely but not child friendly as there is no shallow end. A car is a necessity to visit the surrounding areas. If I must say something negative then it would be the absence of a coffee machine in the room. A full length mirror would be welcome and a shelf under the bathroom basin is a necessity. Make sure to request a side sea facing room as there is a construction site just in front of the hotel and the view must surely be spoilt by this. Highly recommend. We will be returning.

Ho soggiornato all'hotel Platja d'Aró in occasione delle mie vacanze estive. L'impatto con la struttura non é stato dei migliori, l'accoglienza alla reception é stata veloce ma al nostro arrivo in camera ci siamo accorti che non era stata pulita. Siamo scesi e lo abbiamo comunicato alla receptionist che ha provveduto a farcela sistemare. Le stanze dell'hotel, come anche il resto, andrebbe rimordernato. Le camere sono luminose ma prive di confort come la cassaforte (la mia era di quelle con chiusura a chiave classica che comunque poi andava restituita alla reception quando si usciva) che non si apriva, un frigobar ed un asciugacapelli decente, per non parlare delle molto poco igieniche tende della vasca da bagno. Nel complesso peró la stanza era confortevole ed il letto comodo. La scelta sul buffet della colazione é monotona e molto limitata ma il cibo era buono. Mi sento di spezzare una lancia in favore del personale: dal primo all'ultimo sono stati sempre tutto educati, squisiti, gentili e sorridenti, cosa non piú facile da trovare ormai. Il soggiorno é stato piacevole ed il rapporto qualitá/prezzo é comunque molto buono. Non posso purtroppo esprimermi sugli altri locali dell'hotel o sulla piscina, non avendone usufruito.
