The service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The fast is also break. 服務很好,房間有陽台,浴室,桑拿房。風景很好,週邊有幾家餐廳可以吃飯。早餐也不錯

Un merci tout spécial pour LAUREEN notre animatrice. Sa bonne humeur communicative, sa joie de vivre, sa connaissance des lieux et son engagement sans faille a grandement contribué à un séjour vraiment agréable ! Les activités en motoneige, les promenades plus ou moins sportives comme les séances de luge, ou les megaluges furent... fortes en émotions. La sortie en traîneau avec les huskies fut passionnante de bout en bout ! Les aurores boréales furent nombreuses et certaines exceptionnelles, et LAUREEN par WhatsApp nous en a averti à toute heure. Seul bémol, et à titre personnel : la longue file des rennes à la queue leu leu, avec un homme harnaché comme un rennes en tête... Bof bof bof... Et la séance aussi longue qu'inutile sur la sécurité de cette séance de manège pour enfants de maternelle... bof bof bof bof et rebof !!..

Première fois en Laponie et l’expérience nous a émerveillé !! La formule proposée par Jumbo/Fram est extra à 2 ou 3 détails près… ++ Beaucoup d’activités (inclues pour la plus part), une organisation bien rodée, les équipements grands froids prêtés… - - la distance entre chaque spot (chambre, petit dej et dîner pas au même endroit), aucune prise en charge des valises le dernier jour Honnêtement la gentillesse, la douceur et le professionnalisme de Laureen aura gommé ces bricoles ☺️ Bravo et merci à la team animation, aussi et surtout à Laureen !! I’ll be back 😉

我們一家人來了一週。我們的住宿體驗非常棒。郊遊真的很棒(雪橇犬、雪地摩托車、韁繩)。我們沒有時間感到無聊。 除了所包含的活動之外,所提供的活動都組織得很好。藝人 Geoffrey 和 Xabi 非常友好,讓我們度過了愉快的時光。房間方面,我們很幸運升級到了帶桑拿的單間公寓,房間非常好,空間很大,但是裝修很基本而且過時。至於食物,我們吃了半食宿,食物還可以,很基本。餐廳裡的工作人員非常友善,面帶微笑。非常正面的評價,景觀將是住宿的必備條件

Lots to like about this hotel. We appreciated getting a mini-apartment with a separate bedroom and living area with kitchen plus a Balcony, and the bathroom with sauna was great - showers always hot. There was also a big cupboard in the entrance way to dry coats and boots. The only downside of the apartment is that it’s a bit dated decor. We had to cross the road to the main building for meals, which was fine for us but worth knowing. We loved the food, lots of breakfast choices and different dinners. There wasn’t huge amounts of nice food (2 choices each night usually sausage/chicken nugget/pizza type food for kids but it was ok. The bar and dining area is really cosy and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The location of this hotel is the best. Opposite the ski/snowsuit hire shop and 5 mins walk to the toboggan run.

We had originally booked a room in a hotel, with options on offer. Balcony or sauna (or both). We "settled" for the balcony, more practical with children. When the accommodation was changed, and we were given a €420 refund, we were moved to what resembles a hostel or student dorm. TUI did not let us know that there was such a huge downgrade. The airport is only a 25 minute drive from Saariselka. 25mins does not seem so bad, does it? But when the tour operator brings you on a magical mystery to collect rental equipment (40mins), have a pointless rep meeting(1hr) and drop you off to check in and collect keys (20mins), the time adds up. With travel weary kids and a missed excursion it's not a great start. We missed a €400 excursion with no refund. To not disappoint the family we booked the same tour with a different operator which cost €900. Hotel drop offs and check it. Nobody had a clue what was going on. The Snowflake hotel residence were blissfully unaware as to what everyone else had to do. First they stopped at a hotel and some people had to get off to check in, collect keys and get back on the bus. Then others got off and didn't come back. We then got left outside the student dorm with no info on how to get in or where our rooms are and the "elf" and driver left. Que several minutes of us and another beleaguered family wandering around the building rattling fire exits before we found the main entrance (it was -14°C). Breakfast buffet: Look I know hotel breakfast can be hit and miss. But this was awful. Considering the majority of guests were from the UK and Ireland you think they would cater somewhat to their needs or the needs of kids, who are fussy wherever they're from. The continental selection was just processed meats and cheeses. Tinned fruit and tiny grapes. The hot food was tired looking eggs, boiled mini hot dogs and toast. It was utterly miserable. *After 2 days I would already say we would not come back. The cost just isn't worth it. You don't get what you paid for and you're ultimately let down. For the amount of money paid out you expect everything to be laid out for you and go perfectly. The level of misinformation, bad communication and direction just leaves you feeling it was a big waste of time and money. Dreading Santa on Saturday 😕.*

I must point out that I am only able to comment the points you are stating of our hotel, which in your review are hotel room and breakfast. Our hotel consists of six different buildings and we have wide selection of different type of room types. Room type where you have stayed is our economy room which is a bit old fashioned but popular amongst our guests as it covers all basic needs. Some guests want more luxury to their stay, and we recommend these guests to book deluxe room or suite. Our professional sales team is always happy to help to find correct room type to match each of our guests needs. Our breakfast buffet during December is specially designed to meet the needs of families and we have received good feedback about it. We are sorry to hear that breakfast hasn't met your standards. As I wrote in the beginning, I'm not able to comment other parts of your review as they are not operated by our hotel. I hope you get some nice memories from your stay anyway and wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Probably the shabbiest accommodation I have stayed in for the price. Dreadful food which was left to get lukewarm in serving trays. Curtains didn't fit window, one of over bed lights fell off during night, draughty windows, very shabby indeed. Breakfast on first day a disaster!! too many people, not enough food, scruffy tables that were not cleared quickly, frozen pineapple, stale bread ..... I could go on!! First evening was appalling and inedible unless you wanted kids chicken and chips which were barely warm. Would never stay there again. On the plus side, the scenery was AMAZING, as was the magical day at Santa land.

We had a fabulous holiday with Santa’s Lapland staying in the Gielas wing at the Tunturi. Yes the rooms are a bit basic but you barely spend any time in them and they are cosy, warm and clean. The drying cupboard was a brilliant addition as was the sauna in the bathroom. We also had a balcony with a lovely view. We enjoyed the food - breakfast in the Gielas wing catered to both kids (pancakes, Nutella and doughnuts!) and the adults - variety of cereal, hot and cold breakfast. The evening meals were what you would expect - buffet style - but perfectly nice. My tip would be to get to your festive dinner bang on time - we did and didn’t have to queue for anything. By the time we were leaving there were large queues at the buffet tables. The lobby / bar area was very cosy with a roaring fire. Perfect for after dinner drinks and a few games of cards. The location is out of this world, magical doesn’t begin to describe it. We had an utterly magical holiday that we will remember forever, thank you.

Stayed at tunturi after booking with santas Lapland. Great hotel. We stayed in a Kontio Suite and well worth upgrading to one of these rooms if you can. Plenty of space in room for all your winter gear. Food was fine, if you are expecting fine dining it isn’t that but was always warm with plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meal even for our fussy eater youngest child! Overall great staff and experience at the Tunturi and with Santa’s Lapland

Booked a family stay at Lapland. On check in there was a mix up with our booking. We are traveling as a big family. Our rooms were separated over different blocks which were not close to each other (10 minute walk in - 20 and we have 5 children). Staying in a different place to my children was not an option. We lost the whole first day trying to get rooms sorted. 1 hour trying to check in. Another hour trying to book more rooms. Putting all our luggage in one room then having to move it somewhere else 3 hours later after agreeing to pay for an up grade just so we could be a in the same block. Shifting our luggage in -20 through the snow with 5 kids was an experience I won’t forget! Unhelpful staff. Would definitely not recommend and would definitely never book anything through TUI again. Upgrade cost £720 to be in the same building which we had to pay after spending 12k on a 3 day break and we was offered chocolates as a goodwill gesture. Our whole Lapland experience is completely ruined. Lots of wasted time and money and lots and lots of tears from everyone for missing so much time. Really upsetting and disappointing trip which we have been looking forward to for so long. We are just completely gutted and so upset with TUI and this hotel!!!! we are frequent flyers and my children have never been separate to sister hotels before!!

If food and standard of hotel facilities amd communal areas are an important part of your holiday then do not stay here. I can not complain about our room. We stayed in the new refurbished rooms in the small kontio building which were of standard that is expected for such an expensive trip. I did hear others complaining about the quality of rooms in other buildings but i can not comment on these. Now let's get to the food. The breakfast amd evening meal buffets are nothing short of poor and by going later on things get worse as the buffet is not managed through the night and therefore gets messy. Took a couple of snaps one night at the food on offer and how it's presented. Now considering how long it took to save this sort of money to go on a once in a lifetime trip I think the food falls well shirt. I did mention this to 2 reps one said they would pass the feedback on but nothing changed and the other toon my name and stated she would go through a form with me but I never heard anything since. There were many magical moments in this holiday but fornwhat you pay I'd advise to stay elsewhere and even go self catering as we were forced to eat out due to my daughter refusing to eat in the hotel and we found some nice places to enjoy. The hotel communal areas are old fashioned and the gala night well don't bother. A group of us went to the aurora platform in the hills instead of staying and decided to go out together as again poor food amd decoration for a gala night amd definitely not what it looks like on the pictures well maybe 30 years ago.
