科里納酒店(Hotel la Collina)

Sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin! Die Zimmer sind sauber, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt beim Parkplatz. Gutes Frühstück (Buffet) und der Blick auf die Bergen runden die Erfahrung ab.. :-)

Contraintes d’annuler notre séjour à la Collina une semaine avant à cause d’une violente infection, nous avons contacté l’hôtel pour une éventuelle négociation (déplacer la réservation, remettre la chambre en ligne, … ). La Collina nous a simplement répondu que la totalité du montant (570) nous serait débitée car nous n’étions pas dans le délai. Après maintes tentatives, ils nous répondent enfin au téléphone pour directement nous envoyer sur les roses, sur un ton complètement irrespectueux. Suite à leur « ce n’est pas notre problème », nous avons donc entamé les démarches vers une assurance. L’hôtel devait encore nous envoyer notre quittance mais durant près de 10 jours a fait « le mort » : aucune réponse ni par téléphone, ni par email. Cette quittance était la pièce manquante pour que nous puissions au moins tenter de récupérer une partie de notre argent, et l’hôtel était dans l’obligation de nous la fournir, mais a simplement décidé de nous faire vivre un enfer durant plus de 2 semaines. Du jamais vu dans le monde du tourisme. Il y a bien d’autres hôtels magnifiques à Saas Fee qui ont le sens du service client et surtout, le sens de l’humanité. Si vous avez le choix, réservez ailleurs ;)

Very friendly management who went to a lot of trouble to make my short stay at the end of the ski season very comfortable. The location is not great for the ski lifts and slopes but very handy for the car park and the bus shuttle to the Alpin Express gondola. The decor is certainly a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Although quiet, the breakfast spread was superb and the management had a few nice touches like allowing me to keep the room on check-out day. Very much appreciated. Good value too in what is, of course, an expensive resort to stay.

As a veteran of multiple ski hotels, I have to say this is one of the loveliest I’ve stayed in. The welcome I received was genuinely warm, with the staff going out of their way to be helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean and very comfortable, if not recently modernised. But the rather retro feel is actually part of the hotel’s charm. I loved the bar area, with its huge open fire. And the breakfast was terrific.

Nice hotel, great staff, nice rooms. The location is perfect, especially if you come by car, easy walk , hotel located just by the outside parking. The little spa/pool area perfect for relaxing after ski. Ski room and also a ski depot near the lifts.We will definitely be back.
