服務很不滿意: 1、預訂帶陽台的,入住普通不帶陽台的,發現後找前台前台告知訂單沒顯示,待有退房可以調換; 2、間隔不到一小時扣兩筆200刀的預授權,發現後詢問酒店,答覆同姓氏客人多,扣錯了,待離店後會預授權一併解除。可笑,美國酒店中國同一姓氏會太多了導致扣錯賬! 3.工作效率低下!15號上午離店,截止目前兩筆預授權均未解除,而其他後續18,19號入住酒店預授權均已解除。

總體在薩市是最好的,就是河邊在修繕圍住了去不了河邊,位置有點偏,但安靜。餐廳味道不錯。酒店總體服務非常好。總之,這已經是薩市想住多幾天可選之一

乾淨 安靜 服務親切,效率高!每個工作人員看起來都很有激情,11點退房,11點之前不會有人敲門,這點對於愛賴床的人來説非常好!

非常不錯 離五號公路挺近的 交通便利 房間挺大但價格不貴 要説缺點 唯一就是停車場要收費 衹能代客泊車 不知道是不是前院停車位少的關係。

酒店有點歷史感了,設施有些老舊,但衞生乾淨。最好定有陽台的河景房。Valet 很貴45刀每晚,三四星酒店的感覺。服務還好。

Beautiful views of the River, Scott's Seafood did not disappoint. If you eat at Scott's I highly recommend ordering the Vegetable Stir Fry and add Shrimp. You will get six COLOSSAL size shrimp, grilled to perfection for only $12 more. The hotel staff were very accomodating.

I've given a lot of thought before writing this review since this is the hotel I select when traveling for business to Sacramento. I've now stayed in this property 5 times and was always pleasantly surprised by it. While I've read tons of guests blasting on their reviews that the hotel was undergoing major construction and therefore their experience wasn't the same - I couldn't have disagreed more until recently. Yes, there is a city construction going on where the river is, which blocks the view from the lobby and some of the rooms, however I never found it to be noisy. I also understand this is about to be over by September this year. The building itself has gone through some major renovation over the past year which I so appreciated - the rooms, lobby and some of the common areas looked so much more modern. While my experience until this time have been nothing short of amazing, this past visit in June came as a huge disappointment. I would also like to share that I did not intend to come blast them on review on purpose, I am only doing this because different from any other visit, this time they never sent me a link to write a review directly with the hotel (usually comes within 1 - 3 days after my stay) and upon not receiving the link I decided to email the hotel directly with my feedback and to my surprise, received ZERO replies. I would imagine the reason I did not receive a link to review the experience was because I had complained about it before checking out? Here's the summary of what was written: "I stayed there for 5 nights for an important business trip, which is usually the length I stay there whenever in Sacramento. Westin has always been my selection for this trip as I value my Marriott loyalty and always try to stay at the same hotel/brand. Despite the ongoing construction going on since the second or third time I’ve been there, I have not had any other issues with my previous stays until now. Despite being a Gold Elite Member, which I understand doesn’t guarantee a room upgrade, in all of my stays with Westin I was never offered an upgrade. After hearing from other peers who have the same or lower status that they have been given upgrades at the property before I decided to ask upon check-in, which prompted the front desk representative to check and grant me one. Was happy about it, but thought of all the other times I didn’t ask anything because I was simply expecting Westin to honor my status which is expected, which didn’t occur. I was then upgraded to room 327 which was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. During my stay, I did not spend much time in the room itself due to business commitments - only coming back at night to rest pretty much. Which unfortunately I was unable to do. Every night since day I would wake up several times at night either to disruptive guests slamming their doors or being loud (which I understand you have no control over) or by what I considered the most concerning reason which was

Our first impression of The Westin Sacramento was excellent. The staff were attentive, the location beautiful, and the hotel itself quite nice. Unfortunately, our overall experience turned out to be very disappointing. We had booked a night at the hotel to unwind and prepare for a special event. We arrived around 4:00 p.m. but were informed that our room wasn’t ready and would take another 30 to 40 minutes. We were assured we would receive a call once it was available. While we understood that delays can happen, we patiently waited. By 5:00 p.m., with no update, I approached the front desk again and was told the room still wasn’t ready and to continue waiting for a call. To pass the time, we headed to the restaurant/bar. By 6:00 p.m., still without an update, I checked again and learned that our room had been ready, but no one had informed us. We were eventually assigned a beautiful suite, but the delay completely disrupted our plans. When we requested our luggage, the bellboy didn’t arrive until 6:25 p.m., leaving me no time to shower. I had to rush to iron my clothes and leave by 7:00 p.m., which added unnecessary stress to what was meant to be a relaxing stay. As longtime Bonvoy members, we’ve always appreciated the high standards and service that Marriott offers, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. We expected a smooth and stress-free stay, and unfortunately, this situation fell short of those expectations. I reached out to the manager, Shanirra Mendoza, via email, but unfortunately, I never received a response.

Such a fantastic place. We continue to make this our home for our monthly stays when we travel to Sacramento on family business. The staff and service are outstanding with the rooms being extremely comfortable, offering the exceptional "westin" beds we have come to love. We love the view, the attached restaurant and especially the staff who always offer an extremely warm welcome when we arrive. Definitely **** plus! We look forward to returning over and over again! The Westin Sacramento is a fantastic Marriott hotel location. Certainly the best in Sacramento! The property is located in an ideal area, next to the river and in one of the best neighborhoods in Sac. The staff is amazing as well. The front desk manager and other staff took the upmost care to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely well kept. The staff truly cares about loyalty status as well, and does what they can to enhance your experience.

The room was very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows were so fluffy. My favorite part was the bathtub it was big and relaxing. The area was great, you are near the river and have amazing views. The staff was always so kind and helpful.

I stay at this hotel regularly and I was concerned by some of the recent reviews I had seen. I had a very nice visit. There are two construction projects you should be aware of. The hotel is being renovated. I stayed in a beautifully renovated room on the third floor with a view of the river (more on the river view in a minute). I was told that the second and third floors had been completely renovated and the first floor and reception area were 75% complete. The gym was open. I had a wonderful dinner and breakfast next door at Scott’s Seafood. There is also a large construction project on the banks of the river between the hotel and river. Views are blocked and there is quite a bit of equipment and noise throughout the day. It wasn’t a bother to me but the noise was noticeable from the river side. Not sure when that project will be complete.
