酒店游泳池好

Great stay and will return! Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed, tasty breakfast, not too noisy, free parking. What more do you really need! 😎

The room could not have been more comfortable. I have orthopedic issues and have trouble sleeping but your mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast, well, as breakfasts of that kind usually go but the eating area was well kept and there was plenty of food. If I need to stay in that area again (we had to go to the nearby family law facility) i will definitely choose our hote. Plus both receptionists we dealt with were very pleasant and professional.

Everything was decemt for the most part, the pool amd hot tub are not very clean, there was mold on the tule around the inside edge.

Front desk staff were so rude, the doors were closed at 6pm.(due to homeless problems) which I understand. But the staff were so rude, spoke very loudly and passive aggressive. I will not come back. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nice place to stay. Evening desk clerk double charged me for the room. Awaiting credit for the double charge.

Front desk lady was rude, kept reminding me that she needs my license plate and that parking is one per room. My partner & I travel for work so we drive separate cars on days we book a room together - usually near the fwy depending on our location. One car per room sounds made up and ridiculous to me as I’ve never encounter such a rule in all my time of being on the road. This place charges $200 for accidental fee, it’s an actual charged to your cc then a refund about 1.5 week later. Other hotels I’ve stayed at do a pending charge then immediate release of the charge upon checkout so you can imagine my confusion when I went through my transactions 7 days after checkout and saw a $200 charge from the hotel. Was told to wait couple days to see a refund. Conclusion: will not stay here again. Although the room was clean and spacious, I feel the service, parking and $200 accidental charge policy needs work.

Given room 128 All night the emergency door was slamming. I got no sleep and checked out at 3:00 am

Overall I should say my stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very nice and friendly. Quick and easy check in process. One thing I should say though is that the rooms are a little bit outdated comparing to other places I have stayed at but that’s nothing too major, overall. Another thing is, most hotels provide with shampoos, hair conditioners as well as body wash, however in my room I didn’t get a body wash, I’m not exactly sure if it’s always like that or they just forgot to include the body wash in my room. That and a little bit outdated room style is the reason why I didn’t put all 5 stars but in general I enjoyed my stay here. A very nice and clean hotel.

Property was good for the trip. Getting out and back is difficult due to traffic patterns. Not great dining options close.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was as described online- clean and comfortable. Towels were large and soft. My only negative was that the room didn't have a microwave, as described online. Not a huge deal for a one night stay, but it would've been nice to be able to heat water for a cup of tea or make some instant oatmeal if you missed the breakfast buffet time in the morning. We got to the breakfast as they were closing up, but was able to get some juice and cereal. Not sure what else was offered.
