住宿環境很不錯

Could use an update and some new amenities. Front desk employees were very friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay! Even though my stay was only for a night, I felt like The Exchange had everything I needed. The front desk was super helpful when calling my car from valet

Limpia y comoda habitación con personal amable. Pero pague por habitación en esquina (precio alto) y no obtuve eso. Segun No habia disponible. Entonces no deberían de reservar lo que no tienen.

在我不得不洗個澡之前一切都很好——酒店裡根本沒有熱水。公共浴室或廚房也沒有。管理人員告訴我，他們已經好幾天沒有熱水了。這是不可接受的。此外，除了通過電話外，找不到值班經理甚至可以與之討論。退房也很糟糕——沒有人幫我辦理退房，也沒有安全歸還鑰匙的地方。我用我的手機（希望）擦除我的鑰匙，這樣我就可以離開酒店了。留在“首映”連鎖店並且沒有熱水或值班服務員似乎是一種可怕的金錢浪費。我不敢在餐廳吃飯，因為無法知道廚房工作人員是否會洗手。呸！

We had a great stay. They had over booked for Rooms with two queen beds. So we got one king bed and a sofa. Not very comfortable for those on the sofa :(

Great Property, parking can be a challenge, no on site hotel parking, Valet, but it was full.. had to park in downtown parking garage. still a great place.

A short, but lovely stay at The Exchange. The room was very clean with great amenities. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The proximity to Golden 1 Center was the reason for choosing this hotel, and it turned out to be a good choice!

This hotel was fine. Front desk service at check in was efficient, but not especially friendly. Lobby is small, but pretty. The room was very small, just average. $7 water bottles in the room, which is ridiculous. This made be like the room even less. We paid $28 for overnight parking in the garage across the street, which was convenient. Overall, this hotel was okay, nothing special. We’ll look for somewhere else next time we’re in town.

Room was really small and hotel decor was outdated. Room was clean minus the dirty drinking glass. Staff was wonderful and all amenities were easy to access.
