I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff and breakfast were great, my experience was not up to expectations. The room I was assigned was quite small, which made it feel cramped. Upon checking in, I discovered that the washroom sink was clogged. It took a frustrating five hours for someone to come and fix it. To make matters worse, the carpet in my room was wet the entire night, which was very uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered was delicious with a variety of options. Overall, though, I felt the service could have been much better, especially considering the issues I encountered.

This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. I stayed on the third floor and was disturbed by loud shouting and screaming coming from the reception area from 10 p.m. all the way until midnight. As a result, I couldn’t sleep well. I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the experience was consistently disappointing. On Day 1, the internet was not working due to a “system crash.” On Day 2, the same excuse was repeated. When I inquired further, I was met with rude and dismissive responses from a male receptionist. While there was one kind female staff member at the reception, the rest of the male receptionists, including the lobby manager, were extremely rude and unprofessional. Having had a long trip and stayed at multiple hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever encountered, primarily due to the attitude of the male reception staff. Its very small hotel compare redisson blu room is not clean staff is ok they are not profesnol blreakfast is ok ok but tea stall is very good tea is very good for business traveler but family and friends never recomnded
