Such a bad experience! Being a frequent traveller, I usually stay at reputed properties like Holiday Inn, Ramada, etc., but this time I thought of giving Tulip Inn a try — and it was a mistake. To start with, they don’t even keep a conditioner in the bathroom. We had booked a double room, but there was only one towel provided, and the hair dryer wasn’t working either. The breakfast was terrible — everything was cold, and the F&B team looked half asleep. Even the lobby washroom was poorly maintained; the door knobs were jammed. I mentioned all these issues to the front office during checkout, but the person at the desk was absolutely blank and just said “sorry.” That’s it. Overall, a weird and unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended.
