Very tired and run down rooms, probably one of the worst premier inns I've stayed in so far. Booked for 4 nights and had 2 days with no water, reported to reception and was assured it would be sorted for when I returned 12 hours later but arrived to no change and update. Eventually managed to move rooms. Very poor experience.

Don't expect a good night's sleep!! Upon checking into our hotel room 105 we found cobwebs over the window. My son in room 219 had holes in bedding. There was rubbish at the top of the stairs and a used dirty tissue outside the door of his room. In the morning please not if in room 105 it backs on to kitchen and the fans kick in at 6 am and the clattering of pots and pans starts about 6:15. I went to reception and lady from restaurant said and I quote" well there is nothing we can do about that as we need to cook the breakfast" When asked why at least we weren't warned when checking into the room I was told they had never been told about the noise before. Which is a lie as searching through these reviews there are several complaints about noise. Also secure door to downstairs room corridor that you should use key to get into is totally broken and anyone could get in. Highly suggest staying in another hotel.

As always staff wonderful,but room absolutely awful very run down , walls un repaired and un painted , bathroom disgraceful toilet system panel hanging off , mastic every where , mastic all round edges smudged everywhere really not up to premier inn standards would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone

噢，天哪，這是一家多麼蹩腳的高級旅館，我和我住過幾家。非常吵鬧的門和鎖壞了，家具散架了，浴室很糟糕，工作人員並不特別關心你可能遇到的任何問題，餐廳裡的座位和椅子都髒了，連著的收割機也很差。

Good for an overnight stay. Free on site car parking. No bar or evening meals available but Harvester Inn right next door. No aircon in rooms but though we stayed on one of the hottest days we were offerd a sheet instead of warm duvet and a fan.

We stayed Premier Inn Luton South Saturday 17th June as we went to a concert at Wembley stadium, there was no hair dryer for my partner to dry her hair so I reported it to reception no replacement given, when we got back to hotel early hours I couldn't get to sleep due to a hard mattress, road noise and black out curtains letting in light so if you ever stay at this hotel give room 106 a miss if possible, very dissatisfied and Premier Inn customer service wasn't willing to do anything as it wasn't reported through the night, good night sleep policy is a shame.

Rooms are horrendous. Absolutely dusty, bathroom and rooms need a serious dust and deep clean. limescale and dust everywhere. Heating doesn’t work so they give you plug in heaters which barely heat up the room. Horrible spider infestation, dead spiders everywhere showing that the haven’t cleaned the rooms for days, otherwise how could they be missed cobwebs in the rooms and all over the reception. During my 2 night stay i encountered 3 live spiders, which were massive. We had to purchase our own cleaning products to clean the room. I have never experience a premier inn this bad! The dust was unbearable and having 1 receptionist is not convienient especially in an emergency.

Lovely stay as always but the when we arrived at reception the lad behind the counter not welcoming at all no hello no do you want to book breakfast and when we did ask he said we could pay in the morning. So in the morning we were left waiting for our cooked breakfast as the staff weren't expecting so many people paying in the morning the receptionist could easily let people pay at night with there card not like it's hard work is it he has the attitude of Carnt be arsed not a good good for premier while the morning crew were much more happy and smiley even though they were up against it. The other down side was there were no hot chocolate

Unfortunately, this facility was a disappointment. The room was tidy but not clean. The bathroom toilet seat was loose and the shower required cleaning with black mould in the corners. The lady in reception was matter of fact with little understanding of a smile for new guests. Breakfast was fine but the pots for guests use for tea or coffee were covered with black stanes inside. Disgusting. It was pleasant to be served by a young lady who knew about customer care.

Very nice hotel We came here to stay for the night as we landed at Luton airport very early in the morning and this hotel was a very comfortable place to stay The food is very tasty and and the beds are very comfortable Overall a perfect retreat for a night or two if you need somewhere to stay

The state of the room was terrible, poor decor and small TV. The bathroom was in a very poor state of repair, they had tried to repair with silicon and the skirting board handing off. Room 101. Breakfast was equally poor, when I asked for poached eggs I was told the equipment was out of order?? What didn't they have a pan? Never stay there again

I stayed in Premier inn Luton South had a truly horrible day from start to finish the only saving grace was Sandra on Reception what a lovely helpful professional lady, think she recognised my stress levels where through the roof on arrival at immediately put me at east little laugh bit of chocolate perfect, rooms spotless as well highly recommend. Thanks Again Sandra amazing

It’s not exactly overflowing with character, but it’s a Premier Inn, not a Wes Anderson set. All in all, it’s a reliable choice that won’t break the bank.
