Holiday Inn & Suites 大路會議中心(Holiday Inn & Suites ST. Catharines Conf Ctr)

Nous y avons été 3 nuits! Arcades, bowling et restaurants à proximité qui étaient très agréable avec les ados! Piscine et gym aussi! Hôtel propre ainsi que les chambres. A proximité des outlets, Clifton et des chutes du Niagara! Bel emplacement!

Les personnels sont très gentils, responsable, accueillantes,les chambres très propres, L'ascenseur est malpropre mais fonctionne. La cuisinette est bien équipée mais la ventilation ne fonctionne pas.

Overall enjoyable stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel room was clean overall. We used the pull out couch/bed and it had crumbs on it. But housekeeping cleaned promptly for us. Pool appeared clean but we didn’t use. The hot tub was ok but not great. It was not very warm and one is ended up with hair on our hand when we got out. We had a suite which was very nice. Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean and updated. I would recommend this hotel to others. We were about 20 minutes away from Niagara Falls which was the primary reason for visiting.

Sérieusement très bien reçu cependant la barre de la langue fut un peu contraignant car je parle très mal en anglais mais quand même réussi à me faire comprendre

Une terrible expérience. Pas propre, des insectes dans la chambre 😱. Le service est médiocre. Jamais revenir. Je vous le déconseille fortement !

部屋は広く、必要な設備は揃っています。ただ、共用スペースが若干不潔

Very upset, I Book this hotel because it had a pool, after I arrived and checked in i was told it's under construction and jot open. After I complained I was told there was nothing they could do because I booked with Expidia. Also breakfast is included but only if you book through the hotel, which I didn't. I thought it would be better to book with expidia but I'm really not seeing the benefits of this right now!!!!!

We got a suite and it was lovely; comfortable bed, fireplace, rainfall shower, big whirlpool tub. Housekeeping was thorough (lots of places have reduced housekeeping these days, but we got housekeeping every day). The hotel is under major construction, so the coffee shop and pool ere closed. The restaurant, bar, and arcade were all great. The only negative was the noise. If you are from Ontario, you know that this is travel hockey season, and every hotel will be filled with hockey kids, but this was the worst. The first night, there were kids running around till 2am, hiding from hotel staff in the stairwells! But they must have either checked out or got a good talking to, because the second night was much better.
