Hotel was great and clean and beautiful. I was to early for my room and I was exhausted from traveling and they managed to get me in my room very fast.. thank you front desk.. housekeeping did a lovely job on 518. Not one thing was wrong and I am picky. On the other hand, I do smoke and I went outside to sit in my vehicle and smoke late in the night and was harassed and attacked verbally by a gentleman claiming to be a police officer. Very hateful and rude and disrespectful. I was parked inside the gated lot. And was approached with rude questions and insulting tones like me and my husband were criminals. And because I stood up for myself and refused to back down and answer private questions about where I was staying and what room,to someone off duty with no badge, he was trying to get me kicked out if my room in the middle of the night. The police officer on duty help resolve the situation and I went to my room. But it was a very bad moment all because we couldn’t sleep and was having a conversation in our vehicle inside the gated parking for the crown plaza.. shame on the man for being rude and thanks to the officer that handled things well. Maybe should get that guy outta that line of work. But I would stay again hands down cause the hotel was great.. and staff was amazing.. thank you crown plaza

Over all, nice stay. Just needed a weekend away.

First of all front desk clerk was not nice at all, I get to my room, and find oa**eal in the chair and on the floor,moments later a knock on the door and in comes a hotel worker, not waiting for my response at all, then I borrow a vacuum cleaner to vacum my own room,and clean it

The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great. Not like the pillows you have to keep fluffing over and over. Overall it was a great place to stay. However, if I had any complaints it would be that the door to the room kept sounding like someone was trying to open it. Not sure if it was just the air pressure in the room or something. Also, the handle on the tub felt like it was going to fall off and was very hard to turn on.

Hairdryer did not work and they were supposed to provide a replacement and did not. The coffee bar was not fully stocked. There was old cereal bowl inside the ice bucket. The room key cards kept becoming demagnetized and I kept it away from my phone and credit cards so I’m not sure why. But this has me walk around building in rain once and then come back downstairs with luggage in tow to get new cards. There was not a good explanation of parking and I ended up paying for additional parking. It was very loud. Downstairs was loud walking in and even in my hallway, several neighbors were loud and smoke detector in hallway chirping needing batteries all weekend.

I was charged over $200 on my debit card from the hotel for no reason. Now i have to spend time to try and get it refunded. Definitely not a hassel free stay and will never stay there again.

This is a beautiful hotel but prepaid breakfast vouchers were not given at the time of check in.

The room smelled like pot so bad it was almost unbearable for me and my kids to stay in. We initially planned on staying for the evening and swimming but we got in and stayed out as late as we could to avoid being around the smell any more than we needed too.
