在這家飯店的很棒的經歷。工作人員很有禮貌，房間很好，早餐比典型的歐陸式早餐更豐富。顯然，熱水浴缸已停止使用，但我不打算在我的一晚住宿中使用它。晚餐在附近的RJ's American Grill吃了，還不錯，很方便。感覺非常安全，馬上離開 94。

I didn’t like that the toilet had poop on it and splattered on wall when I called front desk they came up and cleaned it up

Very basic, no updates. Did not enforce their own rules and had a lot of kids playing in gym equipment making the fitness center a playroom. Hot tub is not safe for young kids yet it was filled with pre-k and early elementary kids. Staff saw but did nothing.

First of all, when we went to check in, our room had been given to another person with the same last name. They had to call him and make him switch rooms and we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. We had 3 children with us, so pulled out the hide-a-bed for sleep space. There was only a mattress pad with food crumbs all over it. We called the front desk and told the person what was there and that we needed bedding. We were told to send someone down for it. Daughter-in law went to get the bedding and came back with a bag containing sheets and a rag full of holes that was supposed to be a blanket. We brought the mattress pad full of food crumbs and the "blanket" back to the desk. The clerk gave us a new mattress pad and another thin blanket. Had to ask for 2. She went on to tell us how terrible their housekeepers were and how one time they had a guest come down with an ice bucket that someone had obviously eaten cereal out of and it was clear it had been there for a long time. The reason for the stay was to let the kiddos swim and use the hot tub. The pool area and water was cold. The hot tub was not in service. The kids were not able to swim very long at all. 2 guys showed up with a case of beer the pool area and blared their music with no intention to swim. Next morning one of the housekeepers got on the elevator with us blaring rap music on her phone. No headphones, just letting the vulgar language fly. Again, we had children in the elevator. Not good! $230 wasted!

Hot tub was out, pool was cold, our toilet and one of the showers in our room didnt work. Not happy with this

This is a very nice hotel offering all amenities one could require. Very clean and comfortable. Fast food dining within easy walk. Gas within a block. 10 min drive to Costco or walmart. Staff very courteous and professional. Nice hot breakfast. For price, it was second to none. Highly recommend

Friendly, kind, knowledgeable, quick check in. Took my preferences into consideration. Clean quiet rooms and facility. Lots of parking and easy to find.

This hotel quality has decreased over the years. It is convenient but hotel is lacking updates.

Emilia was really helpful and staff was extremely good. Thanks for making my stay like home.

The heat register blew so strongly and loudly, that it blew my hair even if I was standing on the opposite side of the bed. And it was so loud, I finally had to get up in the middle of the night and shut the whole thing off. (Good thing the outdoor temps weren’t below zero!) There we’re no rattles or any extraneous noises, just a loud blower that was too strong. Also, the bathroom had a LOUD fan that came on with the light switch. Awful!! If I’d get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, the loud fan which comes on with the light switch, wakes up my husband!! Not acceptable. The fan needs a separate switch, like other hotels. Because I booked with *******, I was charged an extra $4.00 in case I trashed the room they’d have a credit card on file. Ridiculous. Junk fee. I will think twice before booking with ******* again.

It was easy to find and the parking was simple the breakfast was perfectly cooked

Was a great stay for a family of 4 traveling for sports.

Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, and quiet room.

The shower was amazing 👏 Beds were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had variety and tasted excellent.
