As a Genius 3 member, I had high expectations for this stay, but unfortunately, it fell far short. First, there was no hairdryer or swimming pool towel provided in the room, which are basic amenities. The air conditioning was not working, and the ceiling fan barely functioned, making an unbearable amount of noise without providing adequate cooling. As a result, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. When I tried to contact reception for assistance, no one answered my calls. To make matters worse, the room was not properly cleaned; I found black hair on the sheets, raising concerns about whether they had even been changed. Hygiene is very important to me, and this was unacceptable. Additionally, the parking scanner to open the gate was not working, which caused further inconvenience. Inside the room, one of the light bulbs was out, making the room quite dark and uncomfortable. Overall, I couldn’t sleep and felt uneasy throughout my stay. I am extremely disappointed and hope that the hotel will offer some form of compensation for this experience.
