蒙特雷酒店，貝斯特韋斯特必住精選酒店(The Monterey Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western)

Tres bonne Expérience, personnel tres agreable, ilq kous facilitent la vie et font tout ce qu il faut pour que le sejour soit agreable. Ils ont meme prete les adaptateurs qu on avait oublie en france. la piscine/spa est un vrai plus. Le repas du samedi soir était très bon, le fish and chips excellent! Effectivement les chambres sont sonores, mais ça ne gâche pas le plaisir d un bon week-end! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Hôtel bien situé, personnel très sympathique. Notre chambre était bruyante, on nous a proposé de changer de chambre. Petite piscine et jacuzzi très agréable, très peu fréquentés au moment où nous y étions. Le petit déjeuner nous a plu( sucré et salé).

雖然距離聖赫利爾市中心有點遠，但步行即可到達（約15至20分鐘），並且有停車場，所以租車出行很方便。附近還有一家超市（Coop）。飯店感覺有點舊了，不過還算乾淨。房間很寬敞，床很舒服。我的印像是熱水器之類的基本東西至少都有。我住的房間裡沒有保險箱。我無法評論餐廳或共用設施，因為我沒有使用它們，但我認為如果有時間的話使用室內游泳池會很好。酒店接待很有禮貌。請注意，前門將在深夜上鎖。您無需使用卡片鑰匙開門，只需按下蜂鳴器，飯店的工作人員就會從裡面為您開門。雖然沒有豪華的感覺，但考慮到性價比，是一家讓人滿意的酒店。

令人不愉快的歡迎，不錯的早餐，只是你必須為某些食物額外付費！但是房間接待處的女士很冷漠，不太友好。臨街的房間很吵而且很熱。窗戶只打開一點點。對這家三星級飯店來說很貴。

A very clean, smart and comfortable hotel , the staff were friendly and helpful. we were on road side which meant it was a bit noisy up to 10pm and after 6.30am,we were also awoken early by staff from kitchen using door under our room to put cardboard out before 5 am! this stopped after we made complaint. A ten minute leisurely walk to sea front and town centre and bus station. The menu was limited ,my wife is vegan/ vegetarian which they found hard to accommodate. Needed the duty manager to sort on two occasions when he was in others wise hit and miss , one night only got main meal out of three courses! and duplicated one course two nights in a row! From my view it was difficult to find things to eat also they seemed to be unable to serve Hot food on hot plates, the side dishes with veg etc came out on warm plates but went cold very quickly.

We have just returned after spending a lovely week at the Monterey Hotel. We had a very nice spacious room which was cleaned every day and clean towels and toiletries provided. Tea, coffee milk and biscuits were also replenished. We enjoyed a very good breakfast every morning and an excellent three course meal each evening. The staff are great. They are all very friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient but we have to give special mention to lovely Charity who was just adorable, Alvin, Amos (the president!) and Victor with whom my husband enjoyed chatting about football and music. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Excellent staff very helpful, polite well dressed. spacious rooms, cleaned daily fresh towels daily, clean room. Lots of trips available if you have no transport. Good selection of food for breakfast and a range of extras available, fresh fruit and continental breakfast as well as hot food. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool clean and free towels to use. Would use this hotel again

Really lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of food for breakfast and good dinners. Nice swimming pools. Hotel is clean, room was a decent size. Good location - Approx 10 minute walk into centre of St Helier. Would definitely recommend.
