This property shows much better on the internet. Very dated rooms with visible wear and tear - and - neglect. The poor area was very nice, but the rooms desperately need refreshing. The breakfast is terrible; service is adequate (2.5 out of 5) and the food was below standard (presentation and taste were equally bad). There are off premises breakfast options available. This was a complete waste of money. Check in was very sterile; other friends who stayed at the same time were offered two bottles of water at check in and some in the room. We were not offered any nor were there any in the room. Inconsistent!

This was my second time staying at the Marriott in St Kitts. Overall it was a good experience. Only issue is that after spending my first night the next morning while I was laying in bed someone walked into my room apparently there was a mix up with the system and they gave someone else the keys to my room when he was checking in. I was shocked by this but didnt make it to much of an issue. They gave me a $75 credit for the inconvenience.

I didn’t like how uncomfortable the bed was. I loved the resort, property and the staff. Everyone was super accommodating and respectful. But the bed being so uncomfortable hurt my lower back and kinda ruined everything.

Awful value for money Unwelcoming staff, you walk in and no one says hi. They charged my stay twice because I booked last minute and the system didn’t register the payment. Staff at check-in didn’t spot this. In-room balcony fencing is made of plastic, poor quality furniture and products in the room too.

Hotel room has bed bug infestation. I have two dozens of bed bug bites after staying here. Reception told me to just use aloe vera after I reported it.

Everything was fantastic! The room was spotless every day and we were so impressed on the level of service! The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. One of us was sick during our stay and the front desk staff contacted a physician and we were able to get the help needed in such a timely manner! So very appreciated! We didn’t encounter one person at the resort who wasn’t kind, considerate and always willing to help us with whatever we needed! We greatly enjoyed our stay and definitely will return! Thank you so much!

The hotel is extremely dated and unclean. We encountered several cockroaches in the room. Each evening until 10:00 p.m., there is live entertainment, which may sound appealing; however, it takes place directly in the hotel lobby at an extremely loud volume, making it impossible to sleep before then. This was particularly challenging when needing to leave early for a morning flight. The staff were wonderful and truly the highlight of the stay, but unfortunately the property itself was very disappointing. While the beach was beautiful, the pool was dirty and overcrowded, and the food was inedible. Overall, aside from the staff, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this property for a vacation.
