Holiday Inn ST。路易斯 - 西南（維金）(Holiday Inn ST Louis SW - Route 66)

安靜乾淨。前台非常樂於助人而且非常好。

This is a regular holiday inn, not an express but does still have a lounging area where you can get a coffee and also has a pay section for other food items. Restaurant on site, has breakfast with LARGE portions. Sharing advised, very good food! We came in late after a delayed flight so we didn’t get to use much of the hotel but overall it was a good stay. Shower was a bit weird, had a glass slider and you had to open the back side up all the way to reach the faucet, and it took a while to get to temp. So in other words, you’re getting soaked with cold water that will end up mostly on the floor. Beds were comfy and the room and hotel was clean.

Everything was excellent except the bathrooms. Way way too small! The door almost hits the toilet. You can’t get in the shower unless the door is closed or you straddle the toilet. Pump soap for hand soap is located on the wrong wall. Impossible for two people to be in the bathroom. This room is supposed to accommodate 4 people, no way that could happen.

Paud for a King room, they put me in a double - not a queen but a DOUBLE. And they stated because I booked on ******* they would placing other guests in the first Available King rooms and would not be able to compensate me for not having a King. However when I logged and checked they were still advertising that they has Kings Available. So either way they are liars, and scam anyone who books third-party. Very convenient for the location, charging for a King and putting you in a smaller room.

Skip this hotel! Traveling from out of state and after car trouble, the repair shop offered a ride to this hotel. Staff was nice, but the room and bathroom were very small. Most importantly, it was disgustingly dirty! Dirt, not dust, behind the door when it closed, dust on everything that you could wipe with your finger, and the tub was so nasty I would not have even stood in there for a shower! A corner in the bathroom obviously had not been cleaned in years, there was so much dirt. No microwave (that I use to heat a pack for back pain) and no breakfast unless you go the restaurant. Reviews appear that it has been under renovation for years (it takes years?).

宿泊した初日は時差ボケも酷いのに、早朝７時から改装する電動工具の騒音で飛び起きました！新しい支配人になったそうで、常宿でしたが、もう二度と使いません。

The place seemed clean and nice, the only issue I had was the toilet in our room was definitely not cleaned

If you pay extra for breakfast, make sure you get it! I made a reservation for an employee, paid for the room PLUS breakfast for 2 people. Breakfast for 1 was not an option. He didn't receive a voucher and had to pay out of pocket. Not happy.
