The pull out sofa had a large blood stain on the mattress. They gave us two towels for four people and no sheets for said pull out sofa. Had to call the front desk for those. The bathroom exhaust did not work therefor the towels they did give us were damp. The hallways smelled like pot. Not a desirable area to walk back from a night game at Busch stadium.

Very long check in line and delay in getting to our room. Tried using mobile check in after setting an arrival time in my reservation, but the app says it requires at least an hours notice to use the mobile key.

The room was amazing. The pool was well maintained. Great location if you’re visiting the ballpark. We had a bad experience with the restaurant. Overall a great stay though.

Well…for starters we arrived and were left waiting to check in when I requested an early check in. All of our requests were ignored as to pillows, high level, etc. There are no vending machines and I found this to be problematic as I was purchasing drinks from the restaurant/bar all evening. No one was wearing a uniform and you couldn’t tell whom was an employee v guest. Waiting for one hour for a room as the girl at the front advised she just arrived and was wait for the manager to set up yet at 4pm I finally get my room key and the staff was walking out of the room and I was on level 5. View was of a dark alley and again, not what we expected or requested. The only plus was Ray at the restaurant/bar, he was fantastic!

Union 30 is useless and overpriced. Half-eaten muffin in room; minifridge not cleaned out; Keurig and TVs didn't work.

They didn’t tell us we needed our room key to go up the elevator and we didn’t know. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived. They didn’t know how to charge us for our room and ended up charging more then I agreed on.

The hotel itself is beautiful - the decor is top notch, however, the bartender at the bar was not attentive and ignoring us and we had an issue with our heat. The night manager came up to fix it, but did not. He did provide us with another room, but that room was cold as well without working heat and maintenance was not available. We were unable to get adequate sleep and left early, sadly.

The lady at the front desk made the experience, otherwise we would have left.

Awful experience. There was a water main break near the property. When we checked in, we were informed it would be back on within the hour. At 2 AM it finally turned back on. Was never informed of a boil water notice due to repairs to the line. Was unable to shower or brush our teeth in the morning due to the stench and color of the water. When I contacted the property the next day they could on give a 50 dollar voucher for inconvenience which barely covered the valet.
