Staff members were super. Excellent room in this centrally located historic hotel. Only snag is the bed was a bit too soft for me

Have stayed here several times and will continue to stay when in town. Affordable, spacious rooms, close parking, walkable to many St. Louis staples. Staff is always friendly and informative. Keys required to access exterior doors and elevators.

No onsite parking, a little scary walking from the garage to our hotel with the homeless. The staff was not very friendly either. Room was ok, but was very loud. You could hear everything from other rooms. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff here were extremely welcoming. Our room was comfortable and spacious. There was a safety issue surrounding the parking garage and the hotel staff took measures to ensure we were safe. They took care of our vehicle even though we were self parking at no extra charge and provided valet service. It was comforting knowing the hotel staff looked after the safety of their guests.

10 floors up and still the street noise made it very difficult to sleep at night. Expected more from a 4 star hotel.

Great location w a short walk to the baseball stadium. Awesome breakfast place called Rooster two blocks away. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean! Friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you! We will be back!
