特魯裏旅館&套房酒店聖路易斯會展中心(Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Convention Center)

A few weeks ago we stayed here. Check in was fine. But it was immediatly apparent that the staff, althougth they cared and were polite, were stretched to thin. Check in took a while since the front desk staff were working all over the hotel. But upon getting to our room, it was clear the AC would not perform. It almost never got below 73. With two adults and two kids, that is a bit too hot. I asked the front desk and they offered to move us to another room after it did not improve. In fact Gregory told us we would be credited a night on our stay, which has not happened. I also messaged through ********** for that night and there has been no response. (which is why this review has been delayed.) The second room we moved to, had the same AC issue. But we figured at that point we would just have to deal with it. The staff was polite and wanted to help but ownership seems have hampedered them by overworking and under staffing.

Helt fantastisk hotel i centrum af St. Louis! Super god service fra alle ansatte og der var både morgenmad og aftensmad inkluderet + 3 drinks per person og gratis sodavand og popcorn. Vi kom i bil og var glade for muligheden for at parkere i parkeringshuset. Dette var det bedste hotel i vores 3 ugers rundrejse i USA! Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage hvis vi skal til St. Louis.

We paid to stay at this hotel 8/25 and 8/27….the second trip we experienced a bedbug infestation. The bedbugs were hug which tells us they have been there for awhile. We will not frequent this hotel again. My kids are still traumatized

Staff was awesome, getting in was horrendous. Stuck in street for an hour attempting to enter parking garage do to game letting out next door.

도로주변이라 밤에 조금 시끄럽고 창문이 없어서 불편한점 말고는 훌륭했습니다

Place was a great stay! Breakfast and dinner were great to have at the hotel and it was close to everything. Would stay here again

The Convenience of getting to the Dome is Perfect. The rooms are exactly what we need. Breakfast is good and always plenty of food. The Employees are Amazing and Super Friendly!!

The check in person was extremely nice. Amazing work! Gail maybe? She is a gem and you better keep her! I will always stay here as long as I show uo and she is here.

I would stay again if needed. The check-in, in and out parking privileges and breakfast were all great amenities. The breakfast could have been served a little hotter however it was nice to have it during our stay.
