路易斯威爾機場萬怡酒店(Courtyard Louisville Airport)

・デポジットから、意味が分から無い引かれ方をしていた。・・・詳細も無く、領収書も出ていない。 ・何故、追加で駐車場代を取られたか…不明。 ※もう使いません！

Courtyard was very nice; better than expected. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. Their shuttle to the airport runs twenty-four hours a day and they get you to the airport in a few minutes. The common areas are very nice. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again.

I enjoyed my two night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in a king room and it was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and fast. It would be nice to have soap at the sink instead of only in the shower. The opportunity to watch planes landing and taking off was nice, but the dirty window's really obstructed the view.

Check in was easy and the room was clean. There was some confusion about breakfast being included (we paid when we booked it) but it was sorted out after a bit. It was convenient to the venue we were heading to...if needed. We would stay again.

Our stay was short. The room was clean and arranged well. Our only complaints were the lack of places to set anything in the restroom and the bistro pricing.

This was a great central location for our visit to the University of Louisville & catching a few sites while in town! The facility was clean & staff excellent!

We had to make a sudden trip to Louisville, KY for a funeral and the staff accommodated us as much as possible, was very friendly, and expressed deep sincerity for our family's loss/ the occasion for our trip. Great staff and very friendly people.
