Es waren wunderbare Tage in diesem Hause...charmante Aufmerksamkeit...seeehr grosszüge Suite....am Morgen der Blick auf den See....und der Tag hat gut begonnen...und die Umgebung...sehr Aufmerksam alle Mitarbeiter...das Frühstück grosszügi und lecker zubereitet...ja da freut man(n) /Frau sich auf den nächsten Besuch..

Идеальный отель полностью всем доволен , красиво чисто вкусно идеальный сервис, очень понравилось , заселение проживания завтраки лобби все просто отлично уборка спа фитнес атмосфера ВСЕ ПРЕКРАСНО , придраться не к чему , бывал во многих отелях но этот просто прекрасный

We came to this hotel for the fondue in the Gondala. It was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend. The staff were delightful, all very polite and attentive. The food was delicious, it was clean, very warm and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. The waiter was chatty, smiley and his enthusiasm enhanced our experience. They also provided a driver to take us back down to the town afterwards.

Мы приехали на несколько часов раньше времени заезда, но не почувствовали ни намека на то, что это проблема. Комфортабельный трансфер забрал нас от станции. Номер был подготовлен в рекордные сроки, пока мы наслаждались глинтвейном на sun terrace. Вид с балкона на заснеженное озеро — это было что-то невероятное. Как и вся обстановка в номере. Отдельно хотела бы отметить персонал, который следил за чистотой и порядком в нашей комнате — все было просто идеально вплоть до того, что хаотично разбросанная во время утренних сборов косметика к моему возвращению была упорядочена и аккуратно разложена. С каким бы вопросом мы ни обращались к сотрудникам отеля — каждый из них был рад нам помочь. Мы легко добрались до видовой площадки Piz Nair благодаря их подробным советам. Осталась влюблена в открытый бассейн и Grand Restaurant, в котором каждое утро наслаждалась завтраком с видом на горы. Было очень неожиданно и приятно по вечерам обнаруживать на прикроватном столике милые сюрпризы от отеля. Очаровательный знак внимания, который в сочетании с безупречным сервисом окончательно влюбил нас в это место. Если когда-нибудь заглянете в этот дивный уголок Швейцарии, очень рекомендую в один из вечеров задержаться в лобби: посидеть и камина и насладиться живой музыкой. Именно так мы сделали в заключительный вечер — и это воспоминания, которые действительно останутся на всю жизнь.

Ein tolles Erlebnis, einfach rundum zufrieden und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen! Schöne grosse Zimmer, traumhaftes Frühstück und besonders hervorzuheben sind die extrem netten Mitarbeiter. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein, mit der erstklassigen und zentralen Lage.

Centrally located and showing spectacular views of the lake, mountains and the city, this hotel will make you feel relaxed and happy. You wouldn’t want to leave when the time comes. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is professional and very helpful. Highly recommended if you want to be spoiled and pampered. One other nice thing is they offer free-of-charge limousine service to the city center or the train station which is very convenient.

We are a family of 4 (2 kids ages 9 and 11)- we just stayed at the Carlton St. Moritz for 3 night and were spoiled more than at any other 5 star hotel we have stayed in so far. We loved the location, amenities, food. ambiance, views, staff… everything. Can’t find one fault. Highly recommend!

After our eight hour ride on the Glacier Express, we made it to The City of St. Moritz at the train station and was met by Jorge who was the shuttle driver from the Carlton. It was a very short ride up the mountain and the hotel over looks the frozen lake that is used in the winter time for horse racing. The hotel was beautiful. Massive decor, crown moldings and wall moldings adorn the premises. Old polished wood blanket the interior. The restaurant where we ate for the free breakfast looked like the interior of the White House in Washington DC when we went there for a tour a while back. With its bright colors, large windows and old decor makes this place looks like a antique dealers dream. The pool and spa was nice and warm. The swim trough from the main pool to the outside pool was great. It has those commercial hard plastic dividers, like the ones in a meat locker that you can spread aside and walk through. The Whirlpool jets make the water bubble up and keeps you very warm while you are outside. The Sauna and Steam-room was awesome. Coed steam room and separate ladies and men's sauna. Open showers with no doors makes it easy to get in and out. There was a middle aged couple in the steam room that we shared together and did have a small conversation. Very comfortable with each others presence due to the steamy and dark conditions. And to add that it is clothes free steam room!!! Just make sure you have your towel to sit on! Overall, a very nice stay here at the Carlton. It's a five star gem!!! Enjoy!!!
