Tout le personnel ... que se soit à la réception, au petit-déjeuner ou au souper, lors du transfert hôtel-gare ... était très syllabique et professionnel ... Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation.

All the staff were very nice & helpful. Maria & Ronald were great. Food was wonderful! The small gathering for Christmas Eve was so nice to see. The owners should be very proud of their entire staff and business. Thank you again!

Recent two-night stay at hotel with Cosmos tour. Wonderful stay with a very clean, quiet atmosphere, phenomenal service and meals. Personnel could not have been more helpful and friendly. Room very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended!!

The room was better than I expected. Very comfortable and clean. Restaurant was wonderful as was the service. One note of caution. If you come on the train, call the hotel to pick you up. The walk to the hotel is steep and strenuous—difficult with even a small suitcase.

Lovely stay in an “old school” Swiss Hotel. Only wish the Sauna would have been open in September!

This hotel ha moderately large rooms for European standards for three star hotels, with wooded panel walls and it sits at a hill, so not conducive to walking if coming from the lake and/or train station. There is a bus that goes up there with a stop almost in front of the hotel. Otherwise, one needs a taxi. The negative point is that there is no air conditioned. I also found the beds too soft. The breakfast offered is good and the staff courteous. The room is carpeted but in an old style. However, it is clean, modest, adequate for this city well known to be a magnet for the rich and famous.

A two stsr hotel by US standards. We stayed in late June and the room was hot and stuffy. We kept the door and window open, and it cooled down after mudnight. They don’t give you water bottlles and lotion. The free breakfast is average. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

A traditional hotel full of character instead of every room looking like any other "chain" hotel. Good food, friendly & helpful staff, nice & clean. Easy walking distance to the centre & bus stops right outside, on both sides of the road. Stayed there for 2 nights on a tour of Switzerland with 43 others.
