巴德呂特宮酒店(Badrutt's Palace Hotel)

I was not staying at the hotel, but following a dinner at their off premise restaurant Chesa Veglia I had an absolutely first class experience. The meal finished with a plate of wonderful chocolate truffles that was brought to the table. They were so good that I wanted to buy them so I went to the hotel the next day to inquire if they were for sale. The concierge asked me to wait while he summoned the pastry chef. After a short wait Stefan Gerber arrived and thanked me for complimenting his truffles, apologized that he didn't have nicer packaging and presented me with the gift of a full bag of truffles. As much as I offered to pay for them he politely refused and insisted that it was his pleasure. While The Palace may not appreciate me publicizing that their staff is giving things away, this is a sign of first class hospitality and a fantastic staff that is well trained. The pizza at Cheese Veglia is also excellent, so go there and don't miss the truffle at the end!

Instalaciones un poco anticuadas. Cuando se paga lo que se paga en este hotel (ver web), no se entiende un ascensor de hotel de 3 estrellas, o una recepción random (puede ser clásica pero con lujo), o un baño correcto pero muy lejos de un Four Seasons por ejemplo. Emblemático por quienes se han alojado a lo largo de la historia, servicio amable eso si. Un fallo para mi: Política de no show en sus restaurantes: no se dejaba claro penalización concreta en ese caso, tuvieron un doble error importante en ese sentido pero se solucionó finalmente, espero que hayan cambiado sus procedimientos. Precios exagerados, y con estos precios uno espera más.

What can one say about this classic hotel? Thanks that we have still some special places like Badrutt’sPalace! Feeling of past, very much connected with present! The best location in town! We were looked after tremendously well, thank you all staff , you have patience, style, kindness, you are one seamless team. I loved the music at breakfast, played fantastically by harpist, it set my mind for the day! I could go on and on, I do think you can feel how much I enjoyed. Thank you all. Ana

Otel çok güzel ve çalışanlar çok ilgili ve nazikler! Bence güzel bir deneyimdi, herkese tavsiye ediyorum mutlaka gidilmesi gereken iconic bir otel. İçerisinde bir çok Lüx markayı bulmak mümkün ve yemekleri harika! Garsonların kıyafetleri özenle seçilmiş ve güncel

Ottimo hotel di grand lusso propio nel centro del paese dove trovate tutte le grandi firme. Devo dire che ho trovato assolutamente tutto il personale molto gentile e molto professionale. La pulizia era perfetta. I camerieri attenti , cortesi ed efficientissimi. Quindi servizio ottimo. Consiglio di prendere la camera visto lago. Avrete una vista stupenda!

La mia esperienza è stata ottima, tranne per alcune pietanze durante le cene. Ho consumato due cene insieme alla mia nipotina e ho ravvisato che la qualità delle pietanze non ha rispecchiato il livello superiore riscontrato in ogni altro servizio. Credo, anzi sono certo che si sia trattato certamente di un disagio temporaneo e non ripetibile.

My family and I stayed here for 7days in the summer and it was an amazing experience, the kids loved every minute of our stay and have decided to make it a regular visit cos of the kids club and the lovely atmosphere. My husband and I had such a relaxing holiday, as the kids club took such good care of the little ones, I loved the scenery and the food was great! We are definitely coming back

Einfach immer wieder ein Top Erlebnis, das Badrutt's ist wirklich eines der Besten - wenn nicht DAS Beste Hotel der Welt. Der Service ist einfach nochmals ein kleines bisschen besser als anderswo. Freundlichkeit und Qualität der Mitarbeiter möchten wir besonders hervorheben.

My husband and I visited St Moritz for our mini-moon and had the most wonderful and special stay! From our exceptional room with its breathtaking view, to the outstanding service; every aspect was truly remarkable. We greatly appreciated the thoughtfulness and attention to detail that did not go unnoticed and made our stay so memorable. Badrutt’s Palace has left a special place in our hearts, and we cannot thank the incredible staff enough for the unforgettable experience.
