聖昆廷康鉑酒店(Campanile Saint Quentin)

Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Propreté literie très bonne .Par contre salle de bain , même si elle semble propre tous les entourages , recoins sont noirs, cela nécessiterait plus d’entretien et de refaire tous les joints. Dans la cuvette des toilettes je suppose que tous le fond noir et du tartre. (Tout cela a été signalé à la jeune femme à l’accueil photos à l’appui) et a préféré ne pas venir voir.Le petit déjeuner était très bien salé, sucré , viennoiseries café rien ne manquait. Personnel agréable.

Nous avions réservé une chambre donc nous déjeunions et dînions sur place, des pâtes réchauffées, pour mon fils adulte, et nous a la place des frites, des mini frites que l’on trouve en paquet pour l’apéritif… nous n’y sommes pas restés une deuxième nuit et sommes partis au baladin….plus jamais cet hôtel pour nous.

La lunette des toilettes est a remplacer dans la chambre 9. Hygiène du lit a revoir.

Accueil et service absolument parfaits le dîner tout à fait bon. Malheureusement les chambres laissent à désirer (comment peut on conserver cette."moquette "rase couverte de tâche wc plein de tartre une serviette de bain pour deux. Heureusement la literie était très bonne et très propre. Ceci n'est pas contre le gérant de cet établissement bien au contraire et tout le personnel est absolument charmant. C'est juste notre avis

Last Minute booking. Just staying for good night sleep. Driving from South of France and had long drive. Going back to UK early morning getaway. Unfortunately the room I was given, had a very bad smell. I didn’t think too much of it at first. It is a budget hotel. Thinking it just must be stuffy and opened windows. Told the person at reception. Did not cause too much of a fuss about it. I went into the main town to have dinner. Came back to the room. The smell had not gone away. So I tried call the reception. No one answered or was available. Very concerned so I had a chat with ********** to try to get hold of someone as well. Even they had no joy. Smell unbearable, at one point I was thinking of going to sleep in my vehicle. Then I decided to locate the smell was coming from. I am not totally sure, but smell was mainly coming from bed / linen and carpets. So I ended up using my own sleeping bag and used my own pillow. Lucky I had gone camping before staying at this hotel. No one was that concerned at the hotel. Any complaints, I have call a number. To me that is bad service. When someone in front of you cannot help in anyway. I will not be staying at this chain of Hotel again. The previous night I stayed in another budget hotel called Hotel Kyriad Nord near Valence. It was exceptional clean. Staff both shifts gave excellent customer service. If you are desperate to stay in this hotel, check your room first. Otherwise don’t risk it in my opinion.

We stay in Campanile hotels regularly when travelling through France. St Quentin hotel was clean and the most comfortable beds. Ground floor room with walk in shower was perfect for us. The only disappoin**ent was this hotel did not have the usual evening buffet, which we particularly enjoy. Staff were helpful and polite and helped with our limited French.
