私人封閉莊園的Villa Indigo 1BR

The place is decent; however, there are a few things that the properly owner could improve. 1) Communication-communication is slow. 2) Checking In-We checks in after 4pm because there was some delays and the property’s owner did not provided all the information to get into the gate and the place. 3) Trash disposal-We are staying there for more than 7 days so we will have trashes. The property’s owner should either let us know from the beginning where to go to throw the trashes or offer to take out the trashes for us from the beginning. We had to ask another person who also live with the property’s owner where to go to throw the trash and he offered to throw it away for us. 4)Power outage-We had a power outage during our stay that lasted around 2-3 hours. Was not able to do anything since the place is run by electricity.

The house itself was beautiful there were a few things I did not like. The area has barely anything around it and is not in walking distance from the main area. It was nice and peaceful but transportation was needed to go any and every where. The bathroom door handle was broken there were little bugs smaller than an ant that appeared in the kitchen. There was a lot of rules including disposing of our own trash. As much as we paid that should be included. Not enough bandwidth with the wifi. It was only able to connect 1 device which is ridiculous. Some candles or bug repellant would have been nice in addition to more cleaning supplies. The linen should be replaced the rags and towels looked heavily used and worn, they didn't smell like fresh laundry or fabric softener. We needed a plunger which wasn't available. Cleaning products would have been appreciated.

We didn't realize it was up in the mountains and not walking distance to town. The place was beautiful.😀 Was very disappointed that we had to ask for basic necessities like shampoo/soap. Wash cloths, towels, dish soap. There was only 2 forks. Small coffee maker. To top it all off when I needed a fry pan I found it in the oven filled with used grease😣

Very very friendly and helpful. I had lost my phone on the trip there. She did everything possible to help me as I was there alone. Her son even took me on a tour so I could get some pictures. It is very beautiful there!

There were no issues with this property. Very quiet and tucked away. Our concierge was full of information and willing to share!! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

It is secluded and quiet. Nice view and quiet.
