Неплохой, тихий пятизвёздочный отель с бассейном и хамамом в Сакарье. Хороший номер, чисто, тихо, есть чайник, питьевая вода, гель для душа и шампунь, что соответствует уровню. Персонал говорит по-английски. Завтрак вполне себе нормальный, хороший выбор всего. Большой холл, в котором постоянный запах цветов. Конечно он немного бьёт в голову, но в целом приятно. Думаю, что если работа отправит в этот город ещё раз, ничего придумывать не буду, а остановлюсь здесь.

This hotel has 5 stars but I cannot understand how they got these stars. The rooms, main and a la carte restaurant is very dirty. When I checked in to the room, there was a dead bug in the shower floor, there were stains in the side tables of the bed. The room was cleaned very badly. During breakfast, I saw a waiter pouring back the waste water to the tank of the tea machine. The tables of a la carte restaurant were nearly never cleaned. I was seeing the same dirty table cloth from the day before when I go there next day. And about covid precautions, even the manager of the hotel was walking in the lobby without wearing a mask, so don't expect them to ask guests to wear a mask. So, it was my worst hotel experience and I felt uncomfortable about the cleanliness and covid every second I spent there. One last thing, please look at the photos I uploaded. I ordered the beef looking at the photo in the menu but a plate is served with 2 so small beef pieces with no sauce but with the liquid coming out of the meat and fries instead of baked potatoes. The price was also ridiculously high for these toooooo small pieces.

We came to this hotel today morning. The reception staff was angry. He didn’t say welcome and spoke with us very aggressively. For the first time in our lives, we see such behavior of the front desk staff in five-star hotel.Our friends recommend this hotel for us. But unfortunately we cannot recommend to anyone. I am writing this review because I would like to inform management this hotel about bad behavior of the front desk staff.

Nice hotel to stay in for a few days, good breakfast, clean room

We have vineyard . We always visit there , there is atmosphere is so good our vineyard have a grape , olive tree , walnut and peach so Sakarya beautiful place absolutely you should visit there for example Sakarya karagol wold there is nature place fresh weather.
