Very much disappointed with the service of staffs, I had given a room where there were already guests living. Disappointment in terms of service and amenities and restaurant. Spacious rooms Squeaky beds, rusted towel racks in bathrooms Delayed service for replenishing water and towels to the room.

Booked the hotel due to its cheap price and the awesome pool it claimed to have. I didn’t get to use the pool. Checked into the room and it was dingy and dated and had this old carpet smell. The bathroom had fungus in the shower, I immediately complained and was put in a vip room which at least did not have fungee. I spent the night and booked another hotel. On check out there was no one at the reception desk for three hours. However, the front desk staff were very apologetic and polite and the bell boy was extremely helpful, resourceful and proactive.

Great place, I like the people there. I thank all the team specially Refka in the reception office & Surag in the restaurant & the guys of room service. Free Omani coffee & dates are always available. The meals are great, specially the chicken fingers salad.

If you are looking for a good breakfast and paying higher than compared to other hotels around then don't chose this one. Break fast has no variations and no options. Less quantity as well and not happy to serve you more.and good variety. We booked for that but were disappointed.Food manager absolutely not flexible . No Indian TV channels, not even 1. So no TV to be realistic if you are interested for Indian channels. 1 TV not working out of the 2. Hotel Location is good, swimming pool, snooker, tennis , table tennis available. Timely room service. Nearby Lulu and Carrefour.Rooms are spacious. No microwave in rooms.

Had a birthday party in banquet at 3rd Floor nice arrangements were made by team housekeeping team also did a great job by keeping the venue clean service was top notch food was tasty i would like to recommend this hotel to all my friends and family Thank you team

The location is wonderful... The rooms were clean and neat, as was the bathroom. The food was excellent, and there are good restaurants around. The pool was spacious, and the staff was helpful and polite. We highly suggest the hotel.......
