When I checked into the hotel, I had a printed booking. The staff could not find my booking in their pc because I had booked on another platform, cancelled it and booked on Trip.com. The contact centre found my booking and I got a nice room with a window that faced a dirty apartment block - I could see into the living rooms. There were 2 soaps, 1 shampoo, 1 moisturiser, 1 hand wash, 1 shower cap and 1 large towel. During my five days, the toiletries were not topped up, the towel was not changed and the room was not cleaned. The tv was set to one channel of Indian cinema and it was loud and the remote control didnt work. Breakfast was bread, butter and jam, strong milky tea, plain cornflakes and hot milk; there was paratha, idli, puri and a dal curry. I had to ask for water on the first morning and there were glasses of water after that. There was a tv set in the restaurant that loudly played music videos from YouTube. I asked for a lower volume. On the following mornings, the volume was louder and softer. Fatorda Stadium is about 15 minutes away by foot. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian cafes and restaurants nearby, two pharmacies and several general stores. A bus station is about 15 minutes away by foot. You can get to Panaji, Margao market, etc. There are also taxi and tempu/tok tok stands there.

The room is good , service is also good, Breakfast spread is not good at all. For veg the breakfast will have one or 2 items only . Even the rules for visitors are pathetic . Not professional.

The hotel is good. the rooms are big and spacious, near and clean. But service is not impressive. We travelled from Mumbai and reached at 9pm. We placed food order around 9:30pm. We got our food at 11ish types and that too post multiple follow ups. On questioning them the reception staff started arguing with us instead of apologising. The restaurant number was constantly busy because they had kept the receiver aside. Overall not a good experience.

When we checked in at 12 midnight Bernard was very helpful and extended support,staff and breakfast buffet too was excellent .Myra at the reception too was smiling and provided help . Highly recommended hotel to stay for your vacation Thanks.

This is my 2nd stay at this Hotel. The rooms are clean & the staff are really helpful. The location is also perfect since it’s near the bus stand.

Hotel doesn’t allow visitors, this is ridiculous, official visit will have small team meetings in room for an hour, even friends may come to meet. They don’t have proper place to change clothes, the breakfast for veg is worst. I had to eat poha or up-ma only. Really not good breakfast. It’s already 3 days i left the hotel. How can i take pictures ?

The hotel is at good place. Rooms and foods are fabulous. Service is excellent. Next time when i visit goa will definitely stay here only

Room & ambience is very good. Staff is also very supportive. Food & the quantity of food is too good must try. My overall experience was nice.

Overall a good experience. Rooms were nice. Staff was helpful but you have to share your concern everytime. The game zone area where they have pool table and foosball are not well maintained and it is open only from 9am to 6pm. If you are a traveller then better to stay either in north or south goa and not here because it is in centre of madgao. All the tourist places far away from the hotel. Breakfast was not good. And they have a strict no outside food policy. They should either allow outside food or improve their food quality.

Very good room as well as food. South goa near to bus stand access to all tourist sport from this place

Good stay. Friendly staff. We were travel-ling with kids and got good support from hotel special mention to mr. Manuel for our hassle free checkin and mr. Valencio for good hospitality even at late hours.
