We knew were were staying at a motel and didn't expect 4 stars but yikes. Wore sandals in shower. Room was filthy. It felt very murdery. Brought up my own blanket. That being said girl at front desk was very sweet and helpful.

Le pire hôtel que j'ai fréquenté : vieux, défraîchi, sale et bruyant. Accueil très moyen. Même si c'était juste pour une nuit sur mon trajet, je m'attendais à un peu mieux pour le prix...

I was told I can check in early I called. One week before my arrival date/ and called the day I was arriving to ask! And the lady on the phone said yes, I can check in at 8am because my flight was arriving at 7/15am

The room was not smoking free. The smell was bad. Still waiting for our money form ******* and this property. We had to leave. Is was bad. We were charge two times.

I was disappointed with this property ajd decide that it was not a place My family andi I could stay. After checking in and seeing the room I decided to cancel and leave the Res Rood Inn. Not only was I uncomfortable staying in the room because of the condition of it, but I had an u easy feeing with some of the people working there and staying there. When I I formed the front desk that I was not going to be staying they mentioned that because I had booked through ******* I may not get a refund. I understand that policy but am hoping that you may be able to reconsider this. I am a frequent user of ******* for many years & have never had this experience.

Room was decent check in ****** to be honest my check in was scheduled for 3 got there was told my room wasn’t ready said they call Me didn’t hear back I then called 2 hrs later still not done wasn’t ready till 6

Cockroaches, mold, spiders, missing vent cover for bathroom fan, stain on blanket, rug not vacuumed. Disgusting!!
