Excellent location, clean and big room, vast parking space, clean and neat approach from the road, Very cordial staff ,everything compels me to give 5 star to this hotel.

Clean and neat rooms and toilet. Biggest problem is reaching out to front desk or room service. They hardly pick the phone.Staying tip: order your coffee at least 2 hrs before you need in your room. Friendly staff but poor service.

Room is not spacious and bathroom is very small. Inthink I was allotted a smaller (referring to the reviews by others). Ambience is good and clean. ......... .............. (You cannot force me to submit a review with min of 200 characters)

The bed was cozier; the ambience was pleasant; breakfast was sumptuous; got a room upgraded; a very pleasant and memorable stay; the hospitality and care from front desk was superb!! Mr. Sherin Kurien, GM took personal care of our stay from check-in to check-out and enquired the quality of the dishes in the complementary breakfast. We look forward to our next stay at Hotel Cenneys, next week.

Food is good ,staff is especially Sherin is extremely helpful. But their gym timings and it's ventilation can be improved. And their restaurant closes at 11 so it can pose a problem if you wish to have a late night dinner. But overall a real good and comfy stay.

Decent place to stay in Salem. Rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. Overall maintenance could be better. Kettles in the room were damaged, towels were old and smelly. Restaurant offers a decent buffet breakfast and dinner. Rooms can get noisy if there is an event happening downstairs. Definitely needs improvement.

Rooms are spacious but furniture, wood work etc are all badly scratched and in need of touching up. One plug point actually gave my wife a terrible electric shock when she tried to charge her phone😳!! The best part of our stay was the tasty breakfast spread.

Guests can go n sleep and come with such a huge price. No amenities for kids. Very poor. Not recommended for families!

Hotel cenneys is located in prime location and convenient for transport. Stay in this hotel was good and huge parking space with all amenities. Room ambience was luxury and big space. Food was not good here and most of their employees are trainees so they were not able to understand or solve certain queries and there was one lift for all the floor which is not sufficient as we had to wait for longer time and also lift space is small.
