The hotel was disgusting to say the least. Our beds were clean but that was about the only thing clean in the room. I had to clean the toilet myself because it had hair and feces from the previous guest. We awoke to a beetle-type bug crawling on the curtain. The door didn’t latch correctly. The breakfast was below average for a typical free breakfast. I understand the saying “you get what you pay for” but this hotel didn’t even deliver for what we paid. Would definitely spend another $20 and stay somewhere nicer.

Check-in was the only positive thing I can say about my stay. Room was dirty, sheets & towels were dirty/stained, lamp lights were either burned out or almost burned out, hair dryer was broken, pool out of service , etc……horrible condition for a hotel! I would recommend nobody stay at this place!

Upon checking into our first room, the air conditioner leaked onto the floor and the room smelled damp and wet. Our toilet did not fill or flush. There were also several light bulbs that were burned out. In addition, the hotel pool had zero towels in the pool area, and the pools water temperature was a freezing cold 74 degrees. During breakfast time, there was not a trash can inside the bin and trash piled up leaving quite a mess. There was also one staff person at night, leaving no on site or on call maintenance people to fix the issues with the room.

Bedding was so dirty that dust would fly off of comforter. Mattress was old and lumpy. Floors hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Room was complete filth. We always stay at Country Inns’ but this by far was the worst. Had to switch hotels it was so bad. Do Not Recommend!!

Looks nice from the outside, very ran down and out of date. Carpet has burn holes, tv didn't work, remotes were dirty, bathroom had stray hairs everywhere.

the hotel needs some updates. The carpets are getting worn in the corridors. instead of painting the whole room they touched up spots with a different color so it looks tacky.

We specifically booked this hotel for the pool as it was my daughter's birthday. There were no refunds and we weren't told until after check in that their pool was closed.

When I arrived they could not find my reservation. When I checked my banking account I saw where they had already taken money out of my account. Then I was told that I was listed as a "no show". My reservation date was correct and I was standing in front of them yet I was being listed and charged for a "no show". After spending the better part of thirty minutes trying to get checked in, I discussed with the staff that we needed to make sure the charges came off for the "no show". I remind them again on check out that they needed to be removed. After I returned home and checked my account......guess what? They still had not been removed and I was charged for three nights instead of the two I had correctly reserved. I called them and explained to them that I needed to get credited the additional amount I had been charged. Will see if this happens or not....I have spent way too much time on this very simple matter

Room was clean, with comfy beds. Hallways and other common areas were quite run down. Breakfast was decent.
